I started with him! Very quiet dr but tells u everything u need 2 know! His old therefore knows alot! The only thing i didn't like abt him his rooms are always busy. U pay 500nd u c the man 4 a quick scan 10mins u out. When i went into labour my baby was in distress but he still said if i trust him my baby will b fine nd i can have my natural birth nd my baby did turn out fine! His a good dr really liked him alot

Well i guess i chose the expensive doc

If the dr is on the network shouldn't the med aid pay him in full? My dr is dr ismail nd they paid him in full

co-payments - note not all gynaes charge this. If yours didn`t mention it then he does not charge it

Remember we only have 4 ante natal visits on Key Care, so you can only claim back for the 4visits.

I claimed back the first consultation which was R850.

co- payments doesnt sound right at all. I will call and find out. But I dont think there should be any

Im not on Vitality So no benefits for me. But atleast i will get the goodie bag from the hospital even if its not the same as Discovery`s one

Phela i just called Discovery neh, apparently i need to claim the consultation monies i pay for my visits You should also

And then the money i was talking about(difference)it is normal some gynaes charge it even if they are on Discovery network and i cannot claim it. Its a co-payment to them.
