Sorry but what plan are you on (discovery) cause so far im not having any joys with discovery im always on the phone with them and when i go to the gynae i cross my fingers that they pay

I also like to be fully prepared and have all the info i need. Im such a perfectionist.

Anyway ladies did any of you had to pay the gynae a certain fee on top of what the medical aid pays?

LOL gml this is the one time where you need to be prepared to not have things go according to plan. There is no way you can plan a birth.

Mommy21: Baby is due in December. I like being fully prepared and Im a control freak.
I want to know things in advance so that when I'm faced with that situation it doesnt come as a surprise. My hubby is the same. We like talking in detail. Cover all our bases. lol

i stayed 4 3days as it was natural birth!

The bathroom nd toilets were clean the cleaning ladies came regularly to come check if they clean! I'm also crazy when it comes to the cleanliness of bathrooms of toilets:-)

the hospital offers free ante natal classes if u gonna give birth there i never attended them tho. They have them every 2nd saturday @ the hospital!

I'm on discovery nd they paid 4 everything!

The nurses there are very supportive. They demonstrate how to wash a baby nd if u still unsure u can attend another demonstration! They also help with breastfeeding. In the mornings they come take the baby's to be bathed nd changed this is when i bathed also!
