January 2010 mommies

i find it very sad that even on a place like moomie that moms can be this nasty to each other. i feel that moomie was created so that moms can talk and share and learn from one another. we dont all have friends with kids or have had kids before. and everyday you can learn something new, something that will help your child, like when i learned about BLW. yes the first time i heard about it was because of the thing between E & M, but it had nothing to do with me and instead of joining in the argument i tried to learn more about it and so far it works for my child.

Sorry that all the old moms dont feel that this is a place of comfort for them anymore, i hope you find that place again. and i hope that you will be welcomed wiht open arms and not asked to leave because you are new and they dont welcome change.

Thank you for all the well wishes and prayers for Leandi while she was in hospital, its much appreciated. She is doing much better and back at daymother today, missed her maaitjies soooo much.

I must agree with Elsa, this is not really a place of comfort anymore. Although i still want to keep in touch with everyone that i have shared everything with over the last 17 months, i rarely feel like chatting on moomie.

My mom always taught me to keep my dignity.

So hope you feel you did!
