Sorry for getting ahead of myself, I was just really worried that they werent giving you all the facts / options as in private a lap / d&c can be arranged on the same day.

My friend had bleeding yesterday (she's 8 weeks or so now) and went for an emergency scan. Baby is fine, and its placenta position related. Sad how common this can be, but how stressful it is for moms.

I am really wondering about Sal lately. Wish someone had her cel no.

Esmari, i totally understand that you trust your doctor, i feel the same about mine BUT in a situation like this, i would definitely get a second opinion IF a hysterectomy is advised. Sorry, if i sound a bit harsh, this is such a big thing and if it were me i would want to be 150% sure that there was nothing else that could be done.

Realy sorry to hear about your condition !! What he told you sounds really complicated and serious and Vix & Girly are right ,... why should he be waiting another whole week almost

I have been given wrong treatment before I met this gynae .Firt she gave me meds to start my periods when they were delayed without confirming is I was pregnant , we later found out it was a BO and I still wonder if something went wrong coz of those meds And after that she asked me to do the TORCH test and told us we should wait atleast a year before we try coz my antibodies were high .... I used common sense and searched the net and found out tht it;s ideal to conceive ... that was when I decided to change gynae or we'd be still be waiting to conceive !!
