Hi girls

Well there is 3 pages to catch up and I am just so tired so I'm sorry but no personals!!!

Tazzy and Karin I hope the sleep training works for you. I had BBM'd Karin as I often can't get onto the computer anymore. Matt is just so demanding it is not getting better Quickly...our routine is lights off except nightlight, white noise in background. Baby massage, bath, bottle then into bed awake (and unswaddled - but only at night...). Matt never falls asleep at the bottle. I leave him to cry himself to sleep. Usually now he doesnt cry. He chats, eats his blanket and passes out.

Last night was the first night he slept through!! whoopie!!! But I'm sure it was because he didnt sleep much in the day. He was totally exhausted. I was at a lunch and he refused to sleep in his pram. He cried solidly for 3 hours. By the time I left his eyes were so swollen he could hardly open them from crying so much!!!!!!!!!

Yesterday he vomitted on the floor, I slipped on it and hurt my arm Will post a pic. BIG bruise!! ow!!!!

Libra congrats on the tooth! I think we have a 3rd one coming. His bottom 2 are properly out now - will post a pic too.

All the photos are absolutely gorgeous. I must still get Matt's Christening photos off of DH's work laptop and download them. It was more than 2 months ago already!!!

I am still not feeling hundreds. So today the doc increased my meds. I just have no motivation. I'm happy to sit inside all day with the curtains closed and sleep everytime Matt sleeps. It's not fair on him so I hope this helps now and I get out more.

Marriage counselling is going fine. Had 2 sessions but the last 1 was a lot about Matt and his challenges. The therapist is going to help us with his sensory issues.

We are going to San Francisco tomorrow for 4 nights so I wont be on moomie until I'm back. And the few days following that I'm quite busy with a baby sign language course and a mom's and tots thing.

Matt is rolling a lot from back to tummy. Rolls from tummy to back too but not as often. He hates food. I have been giving rice cereal for 3 weeks and he seals his lips tight. I tried buying a flavoured one and he still wont eat it. No idea how to get him to eat he is 5 and a half months. So at the 6 month check up I suppose the paed will help me with what food to give him cos of all his allergies etc. He weighs about 7.6kg and is around 67cm I think. He is getting fat. so cute!

I wrote a long post earlier on and my internet connection bombed out I so do not feel to type it over again.....

Megan is getting her first tooth...it's a sharp little bugger but I guess it will still be a week or so before it's out completely...it's just (barely) sticking out of the gums... I always say the longer it takes the better, but I am so excited I cannot wait for it to be out completely!!!

It has like a little gum guard that has silicone bristles. So perfect fit, although she likes chewing anywhere. You can also put your gels on it to apply more easily !

Sorry for being awol. I plan to catch up with personals on friday. Until then just wanted to share that I have found a winner teething ring, after spending a fortune trying them all out. Hopefully will help someone else struggling too. It is the Mam bite and brush, it is light and easy for Tessa to hold and move and also gives a satisfying massage!

Wow, our thread is nice and busy again, glad to see everyone doing so well and getting nicely settled with their babies.

Misty, with Kate we are doing the BLW route, so no cerel's, she kinda just gets what we eat, I put it in her hand, or if its soft into her mouth and if she eats great, if not so what. They really dont need other food till a year, its more just to get used to taste and texture.

Well Kate is teething now, and not as happy as she used to be sadly. Not crying all the time, just unsettled. Take a while to get her to sleep at night, but at least once she's down she's down and only "wakes" every 3-4hrs for her 5min feed and then rolls over and goes back to sleep.
Just cannot wait for the teeth to cut!!
And as Kate is getting teeth, Em is starting to lose hers! She has a lose tooth, and is very excited about it all.
Kate is getting huge! Almost 10kg now, she is such a chubb chubb! I love it! But is too big for the Christening outfit Em wore (and Em was older when she wore it!) so we're making little bloomers to go with it and a tiny jacket.

Anyways, hope all is well and the chatting continues, I'll try harder to do more personals in future.
