Good morning girls

OK, let's see if my porridge brain can do some personals!

KarinM your pics are absolutely stunning!!! And your family is SO gorgeous!!

Meags the info you shared on your husband's depression/anxiety and the meds he is on can definitely explain at least some of his behaviour. I've been on similar meds since my only brother died 2.5 yrs ago and it does sometimes cause havoc in your life. The important thing is to see a GOOD psychiatrist and discuss options, along with being willing to "experiment" with different medication - some just works better for certain people than others. I went through a stage of having to see my dr twice a week and now that I found the right medication (also safe for my pregnancy) I see him like twice a year.

Must say both you and your tummy are looking really beautiful!! And really not all that big for 35 weeks!

BettyF I bought stacks of craft magazines and books at the kilo book shops years ago, so every time I want to make something new I just page through a few of them and always find nice stuff to make.

Kimika so nice to hear from you and I'm so happy for you that you had such a nice birth experience!! Can't wait to see pics!

AFM we had a lovely Valentine's Day! We went to the Radio Houtstok Valentine's Ball. Everything was done so beautifully, the food and music was lovely and DH and I really enjoyed our first Valentine's Day together!

Morning ladies!

Thank you for all the kind comments about my photos and family. I'm very proud of my beautiful kids and so glad that I had those photos taken...they grow up incredibly fast and something like that is so worth it. If you can do photos like that once a year, then I'll definitely recommend it, it is lovely memories and special moments.

Kimika - wow girl, you seem to be on such a high! :cheer: That is awesome!! So very happy for you that you had a wonderful birth experience and that you are so happy and in love with your new little angel. Can't wait for those pics! :)

Jessica - sjoe.... I don't know... but I would have been scared attempting natural with such a big baby after a c-section... Maybe reconsider and think hard about the dr's advice too... Good luck!!

Meags - Love your new pics! Your tummy is so beautiful! Looks like the rest of you just stays the same and your baby-tum gets bigger! You're looking really well. :)

Lucy - no pics.... :( hope you post some soon!

Betty - Sooo cute about your little boy jumping in bed and kissing your tummy! My four year old LB also kisses my tummy out of the blue sometimes, I love those innocent moments.

Fawh - Man that husband of yours is an ass... sorry... but he is. Trying to get you to phone him like that, being such a deceitful idiot! Hope you are free of this stress and hurt very soon!
Wow.... scary about the shadow you saw... Gosh, I would have been freaked out.

Anje - Glad you did your hospital tour! It helps put ones mind at ease when you know where you'll be going and what it looks like. :) We are all so close now... its amazing how our time flew.

Have a lovely day ladies!

Good morning. I see my post didn't go through.
Thank you all for the kind words. Some days are very hard and others are good, but i have an excellent support system and i have you lovely ladies.
My husband got the summons for divorce yesterday and he tried calling. My body went crazy when i saw his name.. So im refusing to talk to him for now. Def don't want to give birth now. I had to take deep breaths to relax. He sms'd me to say he got my beautiful love letter and would be sending one back to me shortly and that he loves me and misses me. Im no fool. He continued to try contact me last night but i put my phone off.
This morning i woke up at 430am and saw a shadow sitting watching my dad. It was the shadow of a guy. I walked out the room and back again and the shadow was still there. I can't say who the person was, but it was a very dark shadow with short hair. That needless to say was the end of my sleep. My mom was sleeping in the lounge because my dad took his nappy off and messed all the blankets and sheets and she wasn't going to sleep in wee. I don't blame her.
Then we had a power cut from 520am so i had to shower by candlelight, so romantic, but no loving man around.
For those of you complaining about the lack of sex. This is the longest dry period i have had in 8 and a half years.. And its now been 7 months and 5 days. Lol. When i was with my husband it was also a battle to get him to pleasure me and then i didn't enjoy it because i was made to feel dirty, so im better off this way.
Hugs.

1st son born 8 april 2009. 2nd son born 10 march 2011. Live in cape town. I got divorced on the 30th of june 2011. Remarried and now happily trying for number 3. www.doulaservices.co.za

AFM - had a lovely VTD, flowers at work, dinner with the family. Got some cup cakes from charley's bakery - valentine themed and DH loved them...fell asleep watching telly.... And now awake.

Feet starting to take strain...

Yesterday morning my LB jumped into bed with me, never said a word and gave my tummy a kiss! It was so sweet.

Hi everyone

Meags- you look stunning! Devine preggy bellie...

Kimika- can't wait to see the photos... Sounds like you had a wonderful birthing experience. Enjoy bonding with baby Reuben!

Karen- you photos are so beautiful.

Jessica- wow 4.1 kg is really a big baby. It is a tough decision, especially if you had your heart set on going natural. If it were me I would probably go with what the doctor's advice is. I have a friend who had a really big baby and I think the baby cracked or splintered a bone being delivered.

Schatsie - I felt exactly the same at my baby shower and kitchen tea. Never enjoyed the attention. But it is nice to know that all those people love you and care about the baby!
Love your cross stitch. I also love doing cross stitch. But have only taken on small projects. Where do you get your patterns from? A friend of mine made a picture for my first baby, with his name birthday weight etc. Also some characters from the nursery rhymes I had to sing at my baby shower, very precious. I have started a cross stitch (by numbers) that I found at the crazy store- lol.
