Mistymom re the pads. I still got like 3 full packs here! When I went into labour, DH brought I don't know how many packs to hospital! And I hate those pads. I have never used them for any of my kids - I just bought normal Always pads - the biggest ones - at least they stick and stay in place. With the girls I just took one pack maternity pads with to hospital which the midwives used while I was in labour. And with Callum, they've used the maternity pads after I gave birth. Sherbet, I can't even remember when I got dress / got put a panty on after the c-section

.
Well girls I only picked up 7kg with Callum (but remember I was only pregnant for 7 months he he), but I've only lost 4kg after his birth. Still got 3 to go.
Meags, why not try a bit of vaseline for his skin - their skin really does get dry the first couple of days. I've only used Elizabeth Arden's - that pink cream to bath Callum with so far as well as her hair and then I put a bit of vaseline (not enough to make him shiny) on his skin. So far his skin didn't go flaky like most other newborns.
How did your maternity shoot go? Can't wait to see the pics. And laptops do break, wasn't necessary you so DH can't be cross with you.
Betty - yip, I'm driving. Dr. said I could drive after 21 days, so I did, but a lot of Dr. say 6 weeks.
Cath - enjoy your maternity leave and enjoy your bump for a little more. I really do miss having a bump. I would have been 36 weeks.
Schatsie - I've sent you a friend request on FB. Enjoy your babyshower! So glad my MIL arranged my babyshower beginning of December, otherwise I would have missed out!
Karin - just go and buy the pram. I know the feeling - with Callum I think twice before buying anything as it's our last baby and I feel guilty to buy stuff knowing I won't be able to use it again, but at the end of the day, he is a new baby and also deserve new stuff he he. You can always try and sell the stuff afterwards or give it to someone in need. I felt really guilty when we bought the Angel Care - it's hell expensive, but I'm glad we did.
Kimika - was lovely to see you and gorgeous bump and little family. Pls do sms when you go into labour or anything. Now it's just counting the hours and minutes and soon you will be holding your little man. Well Callum is eventually getting a friend he he! And Pietertjie is just too cute man. I seriously can not wait to see what your baby will look like!
Well DH took the girls to a play area, so I'm waiting for Callum to wake up so I can feed and bath him and spend some time with my boy.
