lol...think was a glitch! Yes i am a proud mommy, but did not want to brag that much!

Ryan is also very much into standing...lol also get nanny to do the tummy time! It was funny i "dumped" him on his tummy so i could pop into kitchen (expecting him to perform) and he just rolled over....ya think back to tummy is a long way off! He does lift his little bum on his tummy and moves his legs frantically...but gets no where! Shame poor little lump!

Gee Misty, I know you said u wanted to brag, but posting the pic 5 times is a bit much! LOL! Must have been a glitch with Moomie.

That pic is TOO cute - I actually LOL'ed here in my office now!! He clearly is not enjoying it at ALL! Arno is exactly the same - he hates tummy time. So I told Precious she has to give him tummy time every day - at least then she'll be the unpopular one, not me!

Arno also rolled over from tummy to back last Thursday, but I didn't think it was much of an accomplishment - I think he would do anything to get away from his tummy. I would be far more excited if he ever rolled over from back to tummy! DH said he never crawled and started walking at 8 months, so I have a feeling Arno is going that way too. He's super strong on his legs and can almost stand up unsupported already, so walking seems far more likely in the near future than crawling.

Schatsie...ya i know its best to ket body recover...and I need to still loose 10kg! Think early next year will look into it. Gosh yes...you went through so much...and nothing wrong with one kid!

Misty nice to hear from you! Well done on pumping so long! I take my hat off to you! I never really got into it. Gosh broody already? I think you should just try and wait a year before you're pregnant again - that's what my gynae advised. Your body needs a good break. We've decided that a 2nd baby is not on the cards for us. I would've liked to try for a little girl, but I'm still suffering a lot with the after effects of the SPD, so my pelvis and back are still very sore, especially at night and I can't stand or walk a lot so a 2nd pregnancy is probably not a good idea. Also with DH not managing to find permanent work and trying to start his own business, the timing is not right. I'm also close to 40 now and don't want to have kids after 40, so I think this is it for us. I've decided to go back on the injection after my current period - my periods are way too heavy when I'm not on contraception.

Betty and Rakker how was the christening? Do you have pics?

Libra, so sorry to hear about your dog!! My 2 Dachshunds have always been like my babies, even though I now have a human one , so if anything ever had to happen to them I don't know what I would do!!

Meags you've been quiet... are you still feeling so down? Good idea to put Matt in daycare a bit so you can have a break and have some "me time" on a regular basis - I would even say you should try for two days a week! Being away from family and a support network while you have a little one can be really hard!

Carmen, I actually found my nanny on Gumtree, believe it or not. She had references which we checked though and we got her to start work a month before I went back to work just to makes 100% sure she works out.

Faw gosh you have had a hard time with your dad and mom. Are things better now?
