I said due date 28 Feb as that's somewhere between 2 March and 18 Feb! Also doc says if it were natural it would be 28 Feb - ish...

Hi Ladies

Scan was divine, gynae very happy. Placenta hasn't moved and he said to be honest it's not looking very 'movable'

So am going to face it as positively as possible and have already started my preggy pilates in case it happens. But it's looking likely...c-section would be around the 18th Feb, he he long before any of you ladies!

So... Will may be an Acquarian and not Piscean! Attached a pic. He looked too cute and the gynae said he's a fine looking boy. I'm really happy with my choice of gynae. I know he's brilliant by reputation but I totally trust him and he is so upfront and not full of any nonsense. I know he'll do the best job possible if I do have a c-section. I will know for sure for sure on 4th Jan!~

Schatsie it's such a personal thing you are going through including a personal choice, all I can say is I'm sorry for your pain and anguish and I do hope you find peace and clarity.

Mistymom - yup, its lil boy (found out at 15w 6 d) and c/sec is for medical reasons and on a publis holiday - score for our lil man!

Schatsie - i was very sad to read about yr baba. I do understand your not wanting to bond - it is only human. I am holding thumbs the amnio goes well on Friday and baba is 100% ok - strongs to you xxx

AFM, I'm feeling so down today, I can barely read the forum. My boss was super sweet, asked me what was up and whether I'm ok and suggested I go home. But I rather try and keep busy than sit home alone!

I could still handle things if it is "only" the heart defect, although the thought of our tiny little baby possibly having to go for surgery shortly after birth makes me cry every time I think of it. But we could never handle a baby with Downs.

So here I am now not wanting to bond with/get too attached to the baby anymore!
