oo Meags thats tomorrow! Hope you are packed ;) Are you going to be in contact while there??

Sucks that you cant get money back.. but I agree.. rather say nothing than have to pay in all that money! Hope your day gets a bit better from here!

Mistymom nice to have you back :) Yipee for little bouncing baby.. were you able to sneek a peek at the gender? And congrats on passing the 20wk mark! Whoohoo halfway!

Cath, ah the Dullstroom getaway sounds bliss!! Will be thinking of you for your scan today and fingers crossed that your gynae is happy with your placenta. Maryke's low is very low .. my gynae wasnt worried about it too much after she said it was little low. So maybe you will still be fine!

Lucy, so are you done with all the hard labor in the house now? Screeding is sooo great :) Love it! You better get done with Tessa's room now Im curios to see some pics!

Oh Schatsie - How stressful. It must be so worrying thinking there may be something wrong with your precious bundle. But like Meags said it will be precious and a beautiful gift no matter what! In the meantime we are here for you.

Kimika - Whoop whoop on the animals. Well I wish I could be doing the pretty fun stuff for Tessa's room!! Instead I am laying concrete screed floors. My back is broken, I can barely move today :( I know I pushed myself too much yesterday (getting very dizzy in the end) but I had to do it and it has to be done all in one day!

Emsmom and Meags - I am glad I wasn't weird to be offended that he told me to google. My thoughts were the same ..... what the hell am I paying you for. Well only 13 weeks to go with him. EEEEK 13 weeks. Now that is scary.

Jessica and Meags - Hope you fairies feel better soon. I swear by locabiotal for throats and it doesn't absorb into your systemic system and totally safe in pregnancy.

Joli - Also been wondering about the clothes! I imagine they are all bundled up in the beginning and then by the time the can go without the blankets it will be winter.

Misty - Hope things start calming down a bit, Luckily holiday season is almost upon us.

Cath - Fx for you!

Hi Ladies,

Shoo, lots happening! We are just back from a lovely weekend in Dullstroom, even did some trout fishing LOL but only for an hour then I was kaput! My dh LOVED it and caught tons of trout! So beautiful and peaceful there stayed in a lovely tented chalet up in the trees! Gorgeous!

The BH pains only lasted a day - gynae said the whole thing about BH not being painful is another myth so DON'T stress if yours are! Two reasons - for MOST women (not all) they are painless but for some there IS pain. More importantly one woman's 'pain' is another woman's 'painless' so I was glad to get the clarity from him cause I was worried!

I have my scan with the gynae today at 13h45. Can't wait!!! Want to see if the placenta has moved, please God!!!! I will probably have to wait a few more weeks for caesar vs no caesar decision, but am interested to hear what he says.

If caesar will go with my gynae at Sandton Clinic, if natural will go to Genesis. Fingers crossed, although God's in charge! :)

Love to the preggy fairies!

Hey Ladies

Meags, I'm sorry about your crappy morning! And how dissapointing about the tax!!
Hope you have a better day!

Misty, nice to see you again, glad everything is going well with baba, and lovely that you are feeling the movement so much now :)

Jess, hope you feel better, rather be safe and take those days off if you need to recover!

AFM, totally brain freeze this am, I made my breakfast, and then left the house without eating it! I managed to get Em to school before I started to feel sick - was meant to go to shops after but seriously wouldn't have been able to manage. So just came straight home and DH said he will go tonight for me.

Was so spoiled last night, DH scrubbed, cleaned, massaged and then applied soothing cream to my feet :)

morning ladies.

well not even 9am and I'm having a crap day. I slept so badly because I feel sick and my back is killing me.
I went to the tax consultant this morning to try claim back for the rental my husband's company pays me and turns out I cant as I am earning way too much from them and in fact I now owe them a HUGE amount (perhaps close to R10 000). so we have decided to just keep tight lipped and not submit the rent and ya...pretend it never happened! I am so disappointed as I thought I'd be getting back about R40 000!!!!

Then I dropped a chair on my foot. I was suppose to go to Postnet on the way back from the tax lady and I forgot and now I'm sitting here too lazy to go back out again.

I am so frustrated and annoyed.

sorry for the selfish post!

mistymom - nice to have you back!
jessica - hope you feel better soon
