Meags ~ girl I take my hat off to you... seriously, with everything you have to cope with hubby and immigrating and pregancy AND the neighbours.... phew... you are quite amazing. Hope that living in the US is going to much calmer for you!

If you book your bed at a netcare hospital you get a free 4d scan between 28 - 32 weeks. Im booked in at st annes.

I also got my baby sense hamper yesterday. I love the feeding shawl the most, what a clever idea. Thanks Cath, I think it was you that shared the sub link with us!

Meags - gosh I cant believe your neighbours! how stupid do u have to be to do something like that just for some attention. I hope the stomach pump was uncomfortable so she doesnt do that in a hurry again. I hope you have a good day too today!

Hello, everybody else!

Eish ladies what a day!! (again)

my other neighbour's husband came to my house calling me to help as his wife is sick. So i rush off there. (This is the 2nd time they have called for help. the first time she was hyperventilating and in a state of hysteria...)

So I get there and I can see she is hysterical again, arching her back, foaming at the mouth, stiff everywhere. They (husband and nanny) tell me she drank something. After a lot of questions, it turns out her and hubby had a fight, she locked herself in the bathroom and drank Harpic toilet cleaner!!!!

So...her husband says "give me your car keys and I'll take her to hospital" and I was thinking 'Um no....you're not taking my car!!!!!'
besides that, she has no medical aid and the closest government hospital is 30 minutes away and it was peak hour...

So I called an ambulance as she needed to go to hospital for chemical ingestion.
It took them 30 minutes to get to us!!!

Anyway. she has gone to hospital. but seriously! she cant do things like that everytime hubby and her fight. she has a 7 month old baby!!!!!!

I will reply to everyone tomorrow I am exhausted now!

Vix - Love your advice!!!! Please don't stop!!!!! Thanks for the heat pads. I am also a c/s on a budget and not big into cabbage leaves, even if the faucets are already leaking. LOL!!!!

Meags - He is gorgeous. I say this everytime but I am truly amazed at what you can see.

Misty - Yip the sports bras are working for me for now. Am fairly active so had a few good ones. I found a UK website that has nursing bra's and delivery to SA is one pound. I have put in an order but I haven't heard anything yet, so if it seems kosher I'll let you know. Had awesome bra's!! Your day sounds horrendous, glad a bit better now. Hope DSTV is sorted for brothers and sisters!!
