Morning all!

Emsmom, DH to be and I went shopping for shoes for me over the weekend and happened to find the most lovely teal and turqoise dress at Truworths. They really have lovely dresses for special occasions!

Today DH to be and I have been together 5 months. Phew, what a ride it has been, with finding out about our miracle pregnancy, but it has been the happiest few months of my life!! Life really is good and so full of surprises!!

Meags-Thanks for finding out for me,guess baby don't want mommy to know the gender.As for bonding I think it will come and I know you love that little life,I am also battling but try to speak to her every now and again and I know in due time will be bonding,even DH is finding it hard but he is trying.This is truly a blessing.Don't worry much about your step sis some people are just like that,I do't remember my sister asking me about my baby.She even said she won't be buying me or throwing me a babyshower.You said your friend with a low placenta was admitted,how is she?

Emsmom-Glad that you are all recovering.

Kimika-Yayness on the kicks,I think it is a good idea to make DH something as he can't be there for the scans.

Jessica-Congrats on another boy.

Schatsie-wow you will save more on your wedding,glad that all is going okay and that soon you will be Mrs....


Faw-wow that you have picked up weight and that all is well.You will find a baby sitter.Just don't understand how can your lil bro hate kids.

Lily-Welcome my dear and congrats on your pregnancy.

Lucy-OMW you have a great slim body.Good luck with your exams with my pap brain don't know if I would have coped writting exams.LOL

AFM-All is well,no more tears but lotsa happiness.I have picked 3kg,yayness.I have a running stomach,don't know what I have eaten and tummy sore but baby is fine.

AFM: We had dinner with our godchild’s parents and grandparents last night and enjoyed it so much. My godchild had a lot of questions re baby. We are taking a friend to the UNICA market on Friday and another friend on Saturday – I just love the UNICA market, never miss it.

Schatsie, glad the wedding plans coming on nicely! Must be so exciting! And great that you'll have someone else doing all the "heavy" work! Are you still wanting to buy a dress or are you going to have it made?

Meags, shame love you must be finished by now! I also think that the move, and everything with DH has maybe moved your mind away a little from baby, but trust me once it settles you will be in 3rd trimester bliss and loving it! The fact you worry that you're not paying too much attention to the pregnancy shows that you'll be a great mum!

Joli, I'm glad the wedding shoot went well! And your forgetfullness is at least some humour into our lives I'm doing still things like forgetting things at home, but thankfully nothing big.

Anje, sorry to hear about your mom, even though its been so long it must still be painful. I dont know what I'd do if I lost either of my folks before I'm like 70! I still miss my grandparents like mad.

AFM, we're all much better,thankfully was like a 36 hour bug thing. I seemed to have given it to everyone, cause I got it first. Keeping Em at home an extra day just so she doesn't pass on anything.

Went for my scan yesterday, Riley is sprouting nicely - doc says its looks like we might have another big boy on our hands soon! LOL

Not that I'm complaining! Took Bryce with & had him with me when doc was doing the scan & explained to him that that is Riley-boetie in the picture. LOL Kids I tell you - he was fine & seemed to understand, then he turns to me & asked where is Riley's bike? .

Girls, this little guy is already kicking the crap out of me!!! I cant believe how active he is.. sooo much more than my son was! I can already feel a foot or something *above* my belly button! Dont know when he grew so much Maybe it was last week when I was sooo tired.. Now I really cant wait for my appointment on Friday Except that hubby maybe cant make it again So Ive been thinking that I want to book a surprise 4D on Saturday. He hasnt seen our little boy since our 16wks scan.
