Lucy, no it wasnt me that was down Im in a great mood today.. and thats great since I havent even had chocolate yet ! But yesterday I was hormonal..ooo llaaaa la! Hubby was too slow to bring my son so I can wipe the liver spread from his hands and face and I went totally bonkers because he was wiping it allover.. so he looked at me with this shocked expression and asked how many million hormones just attacked me! I couldnt help but laugh at him.. that was so true

As for the due dates.. Ill change yours to the 22nd. Most gynaes do the c-sec at about 38wks. So every bit closer to your original edd you wait the better.

Driekie, have you tried googling low amniotic fluid? Maybe you will get some advice there too. With my son the placenta was also in front, that also makes you feel movement much less.

Meags, the 15th Jan sounds perfect for me! We HAVE TO do it on such a date that Joli will be able to come.

Oooooh Lucy, where is your bump ? One would never say you are pregnant, nevertheless, you look beautifull !! Eeeek, good luck with the exams, it is not easy when you are pregnant.

At the party on Saturday, there was a girl who was 26 weeks and the size of you. When everyone saw me they were saying "Gee you must be close to due date or around 7-8 months"!! hahaha

Driekie...you need to keep up your fluids and rest...gosh that is all I can remember about low fluid levels how bad is that??????

your gynae should also monitor fluid levels at each appointment

as for your placenta being anterior - just remember this may cushion baby's movements so dont stress too much if you dont feel strong movements.

kaylae the lady I bought the gender test from was Intelligender but I know she doesnt have the distribution rights anymore and therefore isnt selling anymore...let me quickly check on google for you...ok i dunno because on their site when I click on international there is no option for south africa! sorry!!

Meags - What a bummer about the rent hope that gets sorted out soon. I think the ladies have some good advice for you about bonding. I am definately not a natural maternal type of mother, but I am just kind of winging it and trying to go with the flow and trusting that all will happen in good time. It is in the moments when I don't worry so much that I feel closest to my LO. So my learning is we put too much pressure on ourselves to do everything perfectly, try just "go with it" and give yourself a break!

I am writing work certification exams (4!!!!) before 26 november and my brain is porridge. Grrrr!

I only worked till about 12 on Friday and then went to see my gynae:
So Eoin is healthy and strong by my placenta attached to the front of my uterus and he is lying directly behind it so doc said from now we're going to be struggling a bit too see everything we need to.After a bit of moving around we eventually got to measure him and he weighs approx 440grms which was only 21wks and not 22 and 2days according to my dates

And he again told me to get lots more rest as the amniotic fluid is still on the low side...Meags anyone...any advice on this please?

Had a nice Saturday and then Sunday struck me - felt sick as a dog the whole day and even lost my brunch!So now I still feel a bit wobbly and am hoping to go home earlier - even if it is only an hour!
