it's always so quiet in here over the weekends

Well I have done no packing today! Will attempt it tomorrow before the house goes on show!! Really just not in the mood.

At least a few neighbours have brought friends by and they have 'claimed' the items they want to buy including a lot of the kitchen utensils etc so that is fantastic. I am selling it dirt cheap so think they're very happy with the bargain!

We are off to a big party tonight. French people...I can see a very late night ahead of us...and a sober me and a late night are not the best combination!!

I heard the best news today. my friend who has the horrible fiance who treats her so badly? they were due to get married in February and she left him last night. I TRUELY hope she sticks to this decision as she deserves so much better and he really wasn't right for her and she even admits now she has become so depressed since being with him. Please pray she remains strong and sticks by this decision!!

how were the scans Anje and Mommy-jess?

Kimika - I was never into babies when I got married but I paid a varsity student like R50 and had all the kiddies in a room next door. Everyone was so relaxed and happy and had an awesome wedding. Not sure why people make such a big deal of it, the solution is simple! How is the scan going?

Meags - That therapists sounds very unprofessional! Glad you were alone. Packing sounds awful. I have been trying to pack away all my skinny clothes and declutter a bit, but I feel finished now. Grrrrr .... lying down with Moomies!

Thank goodness you went to that therapist on your own! Can you imagine if you were to take hubby along!! He would then be able to tell you that "see, therapists suck"

I think Ill just mention it to my brother's fiance too.. she is very into babies and pregnancy and all that, so maybe she will be a bit more concerned.. although Im not so sure.. He also said this afternoon that they dont want any kids there. Now thats fine for a normal wedding but this is a whole weekend thing. And its only me and my older sister that has kids! So he didnt say anything about my son but he did say that he doesnt know how to tell my older sister she cant take her kids. I told him that he really cant expect of her to leave her kids for a whole weekend! Never mind me with my 2yr old and 2wk old!! My sister would freak out if she knew that.. she and her hubby are very set on taking their kids with them wherever they go.. actually their own words are " if my kids are not welcome then I dont attend stuff". But I know how it feels to want to plan the perfect wedding day, not that loooong ago that I did all that myself and probably had the same thoughts. But they too will understand one day when they have their own little rascals to think about.

Kimika, she was shocking. at one point she made me cry and didnt offer a tissue or a reassuring touch or anything!!
By the end I was actually so angry with her and I thought "there is no way I'm bringing DH to a session so she can just break him down". She had no sympathy for men. She told me it seems everything is his fault (which I dont agree with...) and yes she is divorced!!!

I have done the inventory for the 2 trunks I packed in April. I have also gotten rid of my teddy bears and random items. Just need to delete all my old stuff of my desktop computer then the neighbour is buying that. it makes a difference getting rid of stuff so I can see what's actually left that needs to be sold, thrown away or packed!
However, I have done so much cleaning out and it looks like there is still so much clutter!
I am also wishing now I had bought the bigger trunk on Wednesday instead of the smaller size I settled for...guess now I have to be extra vigilant on what I can take

dont worry about your brother seeming disinterested in your baby comment. he is a male after all and probably actually didnt even click about what you were even saying!! but next year, if you cant make it, he will then realise what you meant...

Meags, what an aweful therapist!!! Im really shocked that someone would not consider restoring relationships as priority.. I mean obviously relationships where abuse etc is part of it one would think differently but you just have a few issues.. not any of them enough to even consider divorce! Stupid women.. maybe her hubby cheated on her last night and she walked in on them?

As for the packing = good luck! It sounds asif its going to be a hectic mission!

And thanks for the poop info I think I didnt poop because they kept telling me I was pushing wrongly and that I need to push asif constipated... so I told the lady Ive never been THAT constipated so dont know how to push But I think next time Ill ask for enema.. I mean how bad can it be?? !!!

Lucy, maybe its a good idea to wait and see if the willy didnt grow back.. one can never be too sure hey

Ive been cutting out pieces the whole day and starting to think I might have bitten off more than I can chew!

As for the wedding part.. I did comment to him this afternoon that my baby might just be between 2days to 1wk old or I might even miss the wedding and he just shrugged asif I told him there is a fly on the dog outside

Misty - Lovely belly!! I am also jealous. I'll be 20 weeks on sunday and no one can see I am preggars. I think people just think I am getting chunky

Meags - good luck with all the packing!! A girl I know is preggars with her 2nd LO and she was very vocal to another friend who actually gave birth yesterday that you don't have to worry about poop if you do the enema before. I just smiled and thought you have no idea!! Glad you confirmed my poop theory.
