Tazzy, hope you feeling better soon!! Cant believe how time is flying!! Before we know it we will all have our little babas in our arms!! eeekk.. I need to get my butt into action to get ready for this baby!! At the moment the animals are still pieces of fabric puzzles As soon as I start putting them together Ill post photies.

Meags, shoo you must be totally pooped after such a long night and all the packing! I can imagine how overwhelmed you must be feeling at the moment.. I wouldve been freaking out by now ! Stay strong friend!! xxx

Anje, HI! Sorry you missed the meet on Saturday. We will def be organising a pta meet soon and then we all NEED to be there If we get to meet each other before babas then we can be such a great support system once they are born and we are all depro from exhaustion, looking like crap and having no social life

So great that you were able to see your little baba move I just love that! Im also a huge fan of taking looong baths and watching baby do tricks.. with my son I used to chat to him in the bath and splash my belly with water and Im sure it made him love bathtime

Im currently in Midrand but planning to move to Pta early in the new year. Probably Faerie glen area.

Joli, Im just as forgetful! Today I washed our bedding and forgot it on the washing line.. then it started raining so hard and eventually it caught my eye through the window! It was soaking wet Tooo wet for the tumble dryer so tonight its just a sheet and blanket for us

Im sure your little baba is still doing perfectly! Especially since he/she is kicking hard enough for hubby to feel Ive also heard such amazing things about Xoli, I think maybe give her a go!

RE my scan on Friday, scan went well, baby is healthy and still a girl. We were a little disapointed, because the gyne was really behind in her appointments, so a bit in a hurry and we didn't get nice phodies, but we did get a dvd.

Hubby eventually felt Baby B kicking today - sommer twice .

Shame Meags - why don't you let hubby go out alone when he wants to go to parties? I would rather do that than to go with. I absolutely hate it to go out where people are drinking and partying while I can't. Did you manage to do all the packing?

I did a maternity shoot for a couple earlier today - sjoe the lady was so beautifully pregnant - just perfect. And then one of my other clients called - she's been in hospital since last week as her placenta is too low and now they are keeping her and will do a c-section on Tuesday. She called to let me know so we can book a newborn shoot. Shame - hope all goes well for her.

Who else is very forgetful?? First I forgot to give the girls breakfast, then they wanted mielie pap which I burnt, I made another pot and then forgot about that too - hubby mentioned something about b/fast and then I remember O sherbet - luckily it didn't burn, but it was like 10h00 already! Then I put water into a bucket when my phone rang and I forgot about the water and flooded the kitchen and then I forgot to take the washing out the washing machine until tonight!

I wanted to go see the midwife next weekend, but Kayla is now making an ad on Saturday, so I will have to skip another week and try and get an appointment for 25 weeks - 8 weeks after my last gynae visit! Hope all is OK. I completely forgot to book another visit and now I just don't have the time.

I've been thinking of going to Xoli instead of Veronica / Marilyn as everyone is saying how good Xoli is, but not sure if I should. Can't make up my mind.

AFM:
We visited friends on Saturday with twin girls, almost three now, really enjoyed it. My friend gave me her Angelcare sensor pad and monitor, looks as good as new, as well as her pigeon microwave steriliser and a Chico table seat. We are so glad, now we don't have to buy it, especially the sensor pad and monitor.

We are definitely going to the baby expo, just not sure which date.

While I was in the bath this morning, I could for the first time actually see my skin moving where baby was kicking. It is so exciting, needless to stay, I stayed in the bath till the water was cold, watching baby kick.

Just for interest sake, how many girls are there in Pretoria? And how many in or close to PTA east?

It took me almost the entire weekend to catch up bit by bit, but I have done it.

Emsmom, hehe, funny about the spicy food craving and the hot sauce you are carrying around with you. I use to love spicy food, but can’t stand it now. Hope your sister is doing ok.
Meags, ooooh good luck on the sale of your house, those estate agents can be sharks and very manipulative, don’t let them bully you. Aaah the foot image is too cute, don’t stress about his height and weight, there is still lots of growing to do. Glad all is well. I love the houses you are looking at. Hope you enjoyed your mom’s stay. Your plan sounds like a good one, to have her stay 18 or so days. Hopefully you are all packed now, and probably really tired. What a horrible experience with the therapist, she was probably in a hurry and just wanted to give you a short and sweet answer to get rid of you quickly – unbelievable.
Jessica, RE babyshower, my opinion, arrange it yourselve, invite everyone you can think of, even if you don’t see them too often. People love babyshowers and you will be surprised how many people will pitch. Where in PTA are you ? I am in Garsfontein. I believe you said you have your next scan on Monday – Enjoy !! How did the interview go ?
Aaah Joli, the ballet concert sounds so cute. My little girl is definitely going to have ballet classes.

Kimika, love the preggy belly phodie !! I also had the heart palpitations during the last 3 weeks, it comes and goes, thaught it was theprescribed pills I am drinking for my blood circulation. Oops, really sorry re your brother’s wedding and his attitude towards you possible not being there, good thing you are mentioning it to his fiancé as well.

hi everyone

well little one is bathed & asleep (since 18h30 already ) DH has crashed on the couch and is snoring his heart (and adenoids) out by the sounds of it! LOL

I've had a nice, hot bubble bath, shaved my legs (AT LAST!), coated myself in tissue oil and have now plonked by behind down for maybe the 2nd time today to relax.

Meags - men are real shits most of the time. Unfortunately the majority of them are exceptionally inconsiderate! Oh and I'm happy your friend kicked that fiance of hers under his ass! Hope she sticks to her guns too!

Oh I've got my next checkup tomorrow! woohoo can't wait!
