I am also going to start my hypnobirthing techniques since I've done the course already. Just need to finish reading the textbook and starting listening to the relaxation CD's. I am still not sure I can get deep enough into it for it to work for me - but I am sure it will help in some way!

Oh yes, Genesis has an open day on 4 December from 10am-2pm so you ladies should go. Even if you arent delivering there because you get freebies!!!!

I think I also asked what they do if the rooms are full, then where would one deliver, and they just said it wont happen and never has!

EmsMom- are you doing the hypnobrthing? I'm very impressed! I wanted to have a VBAC and do hypnobirthing this time around but with the news of the twins came a few disappointments in that department.
