Misty, Nice to hear from you.
So sorry to hear about your MS, must have been horrible! Glad that you got something from Dr for it now.

Although I must say I envy the weight loss ;)

Where in CT do you live?

Meags - I meant to ask earlier why you are carrying so big? Did your mother? I remember you said something about your uterus once, could this be the reason? Are we allowed to see a pic ..... i am sure you still look beautiful!

Hi Girls

Gosh feel so bad for not posting for days! Was in bed Tuesday-Saturday with full on MS 24 hours. Went to the doc on THursday and got some meds which helped. Finally crawled out of bed on Saturday! I lost 3kg! Was so worried about the baby, but doc said all was fine!

I really and truelly hope that the MS is now over. I was so fed up with it I wanted to go to hospital and hope they had a magic pill! I owuld never wish that on my worse enemy!

Back to work today and did well! Was great having a day when I did not throw up!

Our long weekend was just staying at home, due to me been sick! Now that i am better I feel I deserve a long week end!

Sorry no time for personals...took me ages to catch up. Souds like a lot of DH problems! Mine has gone away for a week and am looking forward to the peace and quite. At least nobody moaning at me that i am going to bed at 8pm!

Weather in CT has been crappy the last few days, which has suited me fine as have felt so sick - but glad to see that sun later in week.

will chat soon with lotsa personals :)

keep well girls....xx

Lucy fantastic news about your results! I'll discuss the downs results with my Dr at my next scan, and I had all the tests for rubella for the surrogacy, so I'm clean there :)

Shame man, I also think that emotions play a huge roll in your sex drive. My Dh is so sweet and looks after us so well I can't help but want him. But if you are upset with your hubby then you are not going to want to engage in intamacy with them at all.

my mom has told me not to buy too much, but I dont want to rely on the babyshower for everything. i'd rather get what I need and have extra.

Lucy that's great news about your results! I must admit - I am still a bit peeved I am not immune to the rubella but out of the 1st trimester danger zone so can stress less I suppose.

EmsMom - I am still waiting for my sex drive to come back  no desire here!! Even when things are great with DH. I am actually so obsessed with this pregnancy and baby that I think I'm neglecting DH. He is stressed and tired from work though too so with neither of us really making an effort in that department - it's just not happening!

Thanks for the kind words all.

EmsMom - I have heard that your sex drive can go through the roof. That seems to have skipped me ... probably the root cause of DH's woe is me. I say get all the action while you can, before baba comes and you get all tired!

Mommy-Jess - I would also get nappies, receiving blankets (although you'll probably get loads for your shower. Consider some bottles and steriliser for when you express or go to formula (sorry can't remember your plans) How much? I think an angel care monitor and mat is a safe and necessary investment but new it is R1300!! Also start looking at prms so you can start thinking about what you do and don't like. I found this to be a big purchase and mulled over what I wanted for a long time and also kept checking them out in various shops! Good luck and enjoy.

AFM - Just got blood results. Downs risk is low and rubella immunity is high so looks like Seb is as safe as can be.
