Champers you husband was been very ugly and insensitive, men are just weird creatures, if you gone with you to any of you work function I am sure your aim would have been to make him feel comfy right, unfortunately men just think differently..Hope you feel better sweetie..

Googlebug I enjoyed my experience at Parklane, I had a private not planned thou, it just so happened that the weekend I went into labour the whole of Johannesburg decided to do so as well so they were completely full in the general section, so I was then wheeled into a private ward and charged general rates ..very nice of them.. As priviledged as what I felt I would have preferred been in a general ward, merely cos I was a fist time mommy and was clueless so having some other mommies around would have made it alot easier...The plus side to it, was the privacy we had when our visitors came which was nice..Other than that the staff was great, very helpful so will definitely recommend...My reason for not been able to go back there now is I changed gynaes and my currrent one only delivers at Garden City..

I have my appointment this Saturday.

And I'm having a dilemma with changing gynaes.

AFM i am feeling much better i have been thinking about themes for the baby room... i really like old fashioned airplanes... i have Mikayla's name in huge wooden letters on her wall that i decorated with all sorts of beads and bling but i dont think that is going to work for a boy so i'm thinking maybe vinyl letters for his name that i can stick on the wall... and i saw this vinyl sticker of a airplane that says "fly me to the moon" underneath... LOL i talk too much...

It's funny how men expect us to just fit into any situation they put us in whereas we will make sure that they are comfortable no matter what, especially around people they dont know.

I think he should have made sure you're comfortable first with going to the bar and even after you get there. My hubby normally comes and asks me if i'm still ok. That is the least he could have done.

Besides you're carrying his child. you're a bit sensitive at the moment and he of all people should at aleast understand that. an uncomfortable chair is more than enough to cause you pains to last a whole week.
