Wow Champers, thats quite soon!!!! Do you think you're ready? Its not too late for the baby to turn again before then though (I'm also still hoping for a turn, I felt a lot of odd movement last night so I'm hoping something might have happened).

Sounds like you ladies could do with some cheering up. I read something quite pleasant earlier:

Doc has confirmed that I will have my C Sec on Tuesday 23rd November.

No I didn't feel him move but last night I hardly slept because I was so uncomfortable. Kept waking up so maybe he did it last night?

Sorry to hear about your rings GML! Sounds painful. Wonder if I should take mine off now...

Oh Champers- Oh dear. So sorry to hear that. Now you really have to prepare for a November baby. did you feel him turn at all?
Now I'm really worried. I guess you'll be holding your baba sooner than expected!

Ai! So Ty is breech. He has been in the correct position this entire pregnancy and now he chooses to turn. I really wanted natural but hey... Looks like I'll have my c sec 22 November.

GML, I bought the granny pJ's from Woolies. I have no other option...

Hi everyone

Well since miksmummy didn't say it, I will say I am glad it is Friday.

Miksmummy, look forward to seeing the pictures. I've been meaning to take a picture of ours but keep forgetting. Hopefully I'll do it this weekend. We've gone with a pink and beige butterfly and flowers theme- it turned out quite well and it didn't cost us a fortune either.

Miksmummy, I agree that working on a computer all day is gruelling at this point. For me its not swelling though but just terrible back ache. Just can't seem to find a comfy position at work- I've moved my chair very low so my bump fits under my desk, but now my elbows keep knocking my desk.

GML, have you finally gotten your rings off? I've stopped wearing mine coz its so loose i'm scared of losing it (I think my finger fat has moved to my tummy). We had a preggy woman here who went on leave a few weeks back and she wore bedroom slippers to work for the last month here and nobody said a thing to her (she was very swollen though and I don't think she could fit into anything else).

GML, Woolies have some ugly button down granny pyjamas. And I got some at the Hub but its very pale green satin and I'm wondering if such a light colour will be practical in hospital. Wherever else I saw button down pj's they were very thick wintery ones and I think we would overheat in them in December.

About my job- I told them that the most important thing for me is comfort. They should be happy I'm not wearing slippers to work .
Plus I'm not going to buy shoes that I wont wear again.

This morning was pain morning. I asked hubby to pull my rings off. Not so fun. It felt like my nail was being pulled out.

Ladies, where does one get simple front opening PJ's or night dress? Still dont have any. Otherwise I'm going to take old T-shirts to the hospital

Just popping in quickly to say HI! Things are crazy at work... i'm exhausted and can't wait for these 3 weeks to be over... eeekk!! is it only THREE weeks??

GML @ i agree with google... those people are very mean!! Mouning about shoes... i mean, really?? they should get a life...

Champers @ I had such a laugh at your naughty four legged babies...

My hands are starting to swell and its a real pain cause I work on the computer all day! The good news is that I'm getting all my vinyl stickers printed for the baby room... woooohooooo I think its going to look stunning!! Will post a pic once I'm done! How are the baby rooms coming along? Are they all done and ready for baby's arrival? Any pics?
