Good morning ladies
Another hectic week ahead at work.
I am exhausted from the weekend- the inlaws invited themselves over for a braai yesterday, and they're quite a big bunch so I was stuck running around frantically all day yesterday.... It was lovely having a poolside braai in the hot weather we had yesterday (even I ventured into the water, wearing hubby's surftop and board shorts since mine don't fit).
We've also been doing up the nursery this weekend-we have a pink explosion on our hands!!!!
Also had a doc appointment on Saturday. Baby is growing well and is now 1.3kg, and so far all looks good for a natural birth. I was planning to push through work until 3 December (due date on the 12th) but doctor wasn't happy with anything later than 26 November, so I guess that will be my last day.
Oh yes, and start antenatal classes this evening!
Hmm, feeding bras are something I haven't even thought about, thanks GML and Tanya for the reminder. I have no clue what size to buy though since my boobs have been growing a bit as well. Still need to buy bottle steriliser and breastpump as well.
Tanya, yes I am on Bankmed (would go somewhere else if I had a say in the matter, not thrilled with them overall). Was your bag at least functional? Mine was torn with a broken zip.
GML, glad to hear the gums feel better. If they act up again, you can try chewing on cloves, it numbs it and has an antibacterial effect.
Miksmummy, hope your back feels better.
I brought the 4d scan dvd but it won't play and the pictures won't open on my work laptop.

and I can't post from home since I don't have internet access on my home PC at the moment.
Okay, just realised I've been rattling off for a bit (sorry)... so I'll stop now and get back to the gigantic piles of work on my desk.
