@Elaine - Mia does the same thing - it just takes all the wind out your sails and your anger melt!!

Mia says "Mommy, I want to tell you a cigarette (secret)" then she stands right next to me and shouts in my ear "I love you mommy"!!

My lb is 1 year, 8 mths.... so he has just been speaking words, not proper sentences yet.

I cant wait for these conversations!

Amy is 3 years and 3 months. The other day she wasn't listening to me so I said to her "Maak op jou ore!" (Open your ears)
I turn around to see her pulling on her ears saying to me "Like this Mommy?" I just started laughing.

Last year November, my husband bought his sister fish and a bowl and all that for her birthday, so when Megan (23 months at the time) saw the gold fish in the plastic bag she went: FISHIES! YUM YUM!!

Also at about the same time, we had McDonalds so my husband took some of Megan's chips. She looked at him with a very cross face and held the box in front of his mouth and said: SPIT! SPIT!

I've got a whole lot of stuff written down - must just make time to put it all together in an album etc.
