AFM - Wells sounds like a lot of us are going for blood tests etc to make sure we are as healthy as can be. I will also be going for the general blood tests that I do routinely, checking for thyroid, cholesterol, sugar, iron etc.
Thinking of everyone on their healthy lifestyle turnaround!!!
Ps: I am currently really enjoying this exercise program. It is a 20 min. workout, so one can fit it more easily into one's schedule.

flowergirl, it's always a great feeling when you "feel like your old self" again.

Nicolette, congrats on your little girl's birthday

AFM: I visited my gynae on Tuesday, my first time with Dr Dalla and my first time in 3 years She checked everything and found that my right ovary is very swollen, but she wont say its PCOS, however if I don;t start a healthy lifestyle it could definitely develop into PCOS. Needless to say this freaked me out!! It's like a switch went off in my head and all I can think about is healthy healthy healthy + exercise.
She recommended that I start taking Folic tablets and also Fertipil Plus and my hubby starts on StaminoGro. She also wants to rule out thyroid, rubella and insulin resistance and I have to get to Pathcare tomorrow morning to do these tests.

I'm just happy to know that everything works well and looks ok.

Juno and Carmen - sorry really hoping that you see BFP's soon! Carmen, best of luck with the IVF round in October - will be thinking of you.

I am feeling really good and like myself again for the first time in months. So good to be "back". Not sure I can 'brave' another round of fertomid soon. So, on a break as planned. Not sure if I mentioned that I was also just diagnosed with Hypertension, so on medication for that which was quite a shock to the system. REally was a wake-up call to re-look my lifestyle and eating habits. So, committing the rest of the year to getting my body into a healthy state condusive to "baby-growing".
