Hello lovely ladies,
I hope you are all well. I have been catching up on all the chit chat am sorry to all those who have received BFN's.
AFM: After going for my bloods and going to see my Homeopath i have good news and not so good news although if i work hard enough i can really change things around. My blood work has proven that i officially have Type 2 Diabetes due to my raised Insulin levels of 55...my homeopath explained that the highest she has ever seen in her career was 45 so i made it to the top of her log
I am officially on homeopathic meds, Chromium, Vitamin E and Vitamins. I remain optimistic and am trying hard to adopt as healthy a lifestyle as i can. I understand that Insulin and Type 2 Diabetes can both be reversed through a healthy lifestyle and diet.
The best news though is that my hormone levels (FSH & LH) both show in the normal range. Hearing that i realised that for so long i have been concerned that due to my PCOS i have been unable to fall pregnant but yet it actually comes down to me having raised Insulin Levels and an unhealthy lifestyle. My homeopath explained that she actually does not believe that i have PCOS to the extreme my previous Gynie made it out to be. She believes that i might have a few cysts but nothing that will prevent me from falling pregnant once i have lost weight and my insulin levels have stabilized. She really put things into perspective and i really believe that my PCOS is not as severe as i have thought all along, when we were discussing my menstrual cycle she already had her doubts as i have a regular 28 day cycle every month without fail.
For the next 3 months i will be on Homeopathic medicine and keep persevering to be as healthy as i can and from 3-6 months we will then start focusing on pregnancy and getting my body ready for pregnancy and hopefully we finally get our long awaited BFP
Lots of baby dust to you all, have a great weekend
