Afm cd11 BD week. Not going to bothee with OPK's this month. Just going to BD on demand
After a long cycle last month I've now had spotting for 2 days. Was quite heavy yesterday Feels like my hormones are changing and not in the right direction. Seeing gynae next Monday. Will hear what she thinks.

I just take the normal prenatal vitamins, omegas, calcium and folic acid 5mg. Hubby finally agreed and started taking Staminogro on the weekend.

@Jaybee - sorry about hubby's results. On the flip side, hopefully now that you know something can be done to increase the chances. Also - it is 1% lower which means there is still some healthy swimmers present. It just take one

@Morgan - yep, wouldn't it be amazing to get a surprise bfp before you go for iui

@lillyr - a bfn 10 dpo doesn't mean much. It takes a few days for hcg levels to rise enough for bfp and symptoms. Good luck foe the last bit of the 2ww!

Like the other ladies say 1% isn't that bad and you will get to the root of the problem.
As for the 2WW you shouldn't be discourage there is still a chance that you are in it to WIN it!
