@ Mrs Smith - No feelings of nausea or anything else yet, just the occasional sharp stabbing pains today. I did ovulate last week, on CD18 today so I suspect the two are related, just hoping and praying it didnt affect my chances of catching the eggy. My gynae said it shouldnt have any effect on our ability to conceive thankfully.

@BD - What symptoms have you been having so far? Besides your chips So happy for you hun!

@Liza - Have you been charting and taking note of your CM at all? It could also be a helpful sign as to when you are near to ovulating.

@MTC - Things are really looking positive for you!

Thank you Mrs Smith... Not gonna get excited now, still to early... Although Ovia (Ovulation App) see's today as my last fertile day and all ovulation pain subsided on Saturday evening hence the reason I suspect ovulation happened on Saturday sometime...

Now we wait..........

Just a question...

Which pregnancy tests in SA an measure the lowest % of HCG?? Meaning, which one can you use for early prediction? Just curious... I don't know if I'll be able to wait until the weekend to test.

I have a wicked headache today and suffer with heartburn all of a sudden. So tired... And lethargic. Don't want to do anything. Just wanna go home, crawl in bed and stay there for the rest of the week. Think I might be coming down with something...

Liza - I think the progesterone test is normally called the day 21 test becuase it's generally done on CD21. I could be wrong though.
Good luck with the fertomid, I hope it works for you! I would start doing opks on CD 8 if you have a lot of them, or CD 10 if you don't want to waste any. Definitely start bd'ing from CD 8, even if it's only every second day at first, then ever day for 3 days when you get a positive opk.
I'm glad you haven't had any side effects yet.

Good luck this cycle MTC! It sounds to me like you could well still be very fertile so don't stop bd just yet. Try keep it up a few more days, just to be sure.

Morning Ladies

Soo starting my first cycle of Fertomid 50 on Saturday. Took Jay-bee advice and started in the evening. Feeling good no side effects of strange feelings as yet.

I have ALOT of questions i think best is to "list" them and you can advise me??

* My cycle is perfect will the Fertomid cause my cycle to change?
* As i understand we need to BD starting 10 days after my first day of AF?
* I have a lot of the ovulation test do i start testing from our first day of BD of later in the cycle? I have no idea when i will ovualte execpt for checking all the signs.

Last but not least - Dr said i need to go back for a Progesterone test, but did not indicate when. Is this only after ovulation?
