BD - that is so awesome! I'm so so happy for you! What wonderful news!
AnzelMama - your chart looks good. Holding thumbs this is your month!
Chanti - I don't know much about cysts but I do know they can burst, so if you develop any fever or feeling of unwellness at all then please seek medical attention.
Part of me wants to say rather go get it checked again, but I know R1000 is a heck of a lot of money and it sounds like you're really far from the gynae, so I also know that if it were me I would also be really reluctant to go. I'm not really sure what to suggest. Are you around ov time perhaps? Maybe it was an ov pain that was intensified because of the cyst?
Ninies - good luck for this cycle. I've downloaded the article and will have a read later. Hopefully your plan of bd every other day will work for you!
AFM - af is on her way out

I have high hopes she'll be gone by tomorrow. I used to have very long af's. Before my son was born they averaged 6 days. After stopping bc this time they've been more like 7-9 days. But not very productive. I kept feeling like they weren't really working right if that makes any sense. It was more brown and like heavy spotting and just not a good proper flow. Then 2 months ago a friend told me about vaginal steaming. I read up a little about it and it seemed like a good idea so I did the 3 sessions of it recommended when periods are totally wacked and that first period was a little better but not much. Then the next month (last month), 2 days before AF started I started taking vitex. Now I'm not sure if it was the 2 days of vitex or the 3 sessions of steaming the previous month, but last month af was really heavy, red, free flowing and just felt perfect. And only lasted 3 days! And this month has been the same. First day was brown spotting, second day was very heavy, yesterday (3rd day) was heavy in the morning but medium flow by afternoon, and today is just light flow. It's awesome!!! Never been so excited about my periods LoL
I mentioned my ttc plan to dh, about wanting to skip this month, then do green tea and smep the following month, and i mentioned that green tea can be beneficial for men too, and he's all aboard and quite happy with the plan and willing to try drinking the tea as well. So feeling happy and positive about that
