Well, I won't be testing on Sunday. AF just arrived

Earlier than anticipated as well. Can't tell you how gutted I am.
Ninies - I'm 34 (turning 35 end of year) and also have a child of 3. I was really really really hoping to have a baby by the end of this year (there was still time as I tend to give birth early), so as not to have much more than a 4 year age gap, but that chance has just been dashed away. I was really hoping for a 3 year age gap, which was why I stopped bc when my son was 1.5 yrs (I knew it could take up to a year for my body to regulate again, so was aiming for pg when he was 2.5ish). Well 3 year gap came and went and I very nearly gave up on the idea of a second completely. then I did some googling and it seems a 4 year age gap is actually really good. So I got renewed hope and carried on trying. This was my last month of making an only just 4 year age gap. I'm not sure if I will try next month as it would be a late dec baby, and I just don't really want to deliberately aim for a birth in late dec as I think it puts the child at quite a disadvantage with school as they are almost a year behind everyone. So I might skip next month, but carry on for Vitex, and then try again after that. I don't know. I just feel a bit flat right now. Wondering if I should have gone the clomid route afterall. Or if I should hang on with the vitex for another 2-3 months. I don't know. Just feeling quite down about it all now. I will be 35 at the end of this year and I really wanted to be done having babies by the time i was 35. This month would have fulfilled both the 4 year age gap and the 35 years old wish. Ai ai. What a blow.
Oh well, nothing I can do about it now I guess. Deep breaths and just keep going.
Regarding leaving/staying once bfp's are gotten, maybe we could stay for the first tri, then start a new thread with a similar name (like "2016 babies") and then move into that. That way those that are already hear can pop in if they want to, but aren't bombarded with pg talk, and those that have bfp's can pop in here and motivate those, but talk about pg in the other thread? Just a thought.
