@Chanti... Goodness now you are asking me a difficult question. So basically I do not have a cycle EVER unless I get given Provera and Fermara etc at the correct times. So I cannot claim to have a 28 day cycle because I can honestly say I have only had 3 natural cycles over the last 13 years (since I had my son).... So let me rather try answer you this way around, and HOPEFULLY you can assist me because now my DH is sticking to his belief that perhaps I had some implantation bleeding, but I flatly refuse to even get my hopes up!
So this is how my cycle/IUI timing went:
25/10 - Tuesday - Took my Ovidrelle Trigger shot - but prior to this I had to have 4 x FSH injections because my eggs were on the small side
27/10 - Thursday - Had my IUI at noon
Therefore if I count it all out, today I am sitting at 13 days post trigger, and 11 days post my IUI
But I was doing OPK's and my LH surged 26/10 - Wednesday - so to me, that would mean I should ovulate within 24 hours?
Now DH and I made sure we were BDing every 30-36 hours prior to IUI and after IUI. SO even if my IUI wasn't successful, I was hoping to still conceive maybe after? Wouldn't that then mean implantation would only happen later? Sorry I am NOT very clued in with how this all works, but I am a very analytical person so now I am starting to wonder if maybe I am a late implanter, because my DH just reminded me that when I fell pregnant last year, I also had an IUI, and our FS sent us for a blood test 12 days there after and my reading was barely 25, which tells me that I hadn't built up enough HCG, which possibly could have happened because I implanted later than the norm? Even though that pregnancy ended the way it did, it was still a viable pregnancy because we got to see our angel's heartbeat...
Now after typing ALL of that out (from my heart)... my head automatically kicks in and tells me that I am being silly and am really "reaching".... My FS knows best right? If he says I either am or am not pregnant via my blood test on day 12 (which incidentally is tomorrow

) then I need to just trust that right? And if it shows that my HG is below , then I must just call this cycle a bust?
I was telling a friend of mine now, sometimes I wish things were SO much simpler. Like if a woman falls pregnant, then at the POINT of fertilisation or implantation, something physical must happen, like your nose must start glowing a bright colour, or your ears should start wiggling, or SOMETHING so that this 2ww nonsense and squinting at tests etc falls away
