Oh and about the measles vaccine, I'm not sure. I can't remember if I ever got one in high school and I have no idea how long it lasts. I just know that if you test not resistant to it then you have to get vaccine and can't get preggies for 3 months

Andy - lol!! I'd give up both and have 2 holidays and bottle feed yup I need to get away!! I guess just careful what you wish for lol. Good luck for your Jan appointment, that is good news!

My Vitamin B Complex contains 50mg B6 which is just about how much you need

Strikkie, ja ek dink so, solank dit net 50mg Vit B6 het. Ek het eers Bettaway se Vit B Complex gedrink voor ek Kaap toe gegaan het om die Vitaforce ene te kry.

Andy my GP told me to take the Complex as it contains enough B6 and there's lots of other goodies added to it.

I will stock up on some folic acid for hubby then! Cant do any harm i think, and who knows i might get my BFP this month, so maybe he wont even need it?

Today I am so bored, the whole of Europe except for Holland has a public holiday, so dont really have any work to do!
