My GP said the Complex is better. I used to spot for about 5-6 days before AF and since taking it it has only been 1 day.
It is also very good for your hair, my hair has grown super fast and very healthy and nice and shiny! So just an extra bonus!

Ladies I am so excited for my holiday!!! I just checked the weather forecasta dn it is sunny and 27 degrees!! At the moment it is about 5 degrees here and very grey and rainy, so I am so looking forward to some SUNSHINE!!!
