Strikkie, FS put me on Vit B6 before my IVF - 50mg - Vitaforce has one that says high potency on the bottle. I also take folic acid.

It cost just under R60 per bottel of 100 tablets

I think I'll also give it a try if it's going to help with the spotting before AF.

So which one is it now... Vit B Complex or Vit B6?

Tanasha, I feed C folic acid and a multi-vitamin as well. The folic acid is supposed to help sperm production.

Girls, I've got great news!!! I just got an appointment with Prof Kruger at Aevitas Fertility Clinic for 24 January!! I've been putting it off for so long now, but now I feel kinda good and peacefull knowing I have a definate appointment and will get some definate CLEAR answers and a POA.

And now I'm on the hunt for a new (female) gynae....

klk i used to spot for 5-7 days-sometimes even more! before AF, and then started taking the Vitamin B complex and now i usually only spot 1 day or max 2 before AF

TaNasha, i believe Folic Acid is very good for men... Google, Folic Acid for men and see what it says... Increases sperm quality, i think... Hubby drinks 2 tablets, the tiny little yellow ones...
