oh dear it is awefully quiet here! what is going on?

My temp dropped this morning, so now im confused? Maybe i haven't ovulated yet? But my gynea said last week Friday that he expects it in about 5 days, so it should have happened by now right? We have BD'ed alot this week, i am exhausted, but quess we will just have to continue!

Hubby has agreed that we see a FS so now to look for a reasonable FS i have looked in our area and i dont see any only in JHB CBD and in Pretoria. TaNasha, i really do hope you have ovulated, hope you have been BDing... I dont think you NEED EWCM to fall pregnant but the EWCM is more of a friendly enviroment for the sperm and helps the sperm to swim... To answer your question i was with Chloe's dad for 3 months and then we concieved Chloe. Andre (hubby) and i were together for 5 months and we then concieved Liam, now that we TTC we going on month 14...

Hayley how long did it take you to conceive with chloe and Liam?


I THINK i ovulated yesterday/ i had some twinges and a postive OPK, now i just need to wait to see when FF pinpoints ovulation... i dont get any EWCM though, i tried checking my cervix but that just confuses me. Do you NEED to have EWCM to get pregnant?

I am so happy its weekend, work has been very stressfull this week.. but we booked a 10 day holiday in the Canary Islands in November, looking forward to that!

Laliek, how much do FS charge for consultation? The gynae is charging me R300.00 for first consultation and i had a chat with hubby and he said i must maybe look for a FS as we have tried now for 13 months and to be honest i think he's gatvol!!! And clearly he wants to seek another plan of action....

Hayley - glad you've got POA now. If I can give my two cents worth, you should really consider going to FS instead of gynae. Alot of gynaes only prescribe clomid and FS actually can help you alot more. AND best part is their consultation fees are the same as for gynaes - maybe think about it if you want!

AFM: On CD28 today and I think I'm about 11DPO today, no AF yet but I think it's going to pitch somewhere over the weekend. Started feeling AF pains today sooo ja, month 16 it is then.

DH and I had a discussion, we would have gone for our 3rd IUI in November but we're considering doing it this cycle so that if by any chance it doesn't work again, I'll have time to get over it before the christmas holidays arrive and then obviously we'll have to consider IVF for next year - will also give us some time to consider all pros and cons of IVF and what to do and what not to do etc. But oi, not too sure if we should do it this cycle (as it is my exam month) or if we should wait for next cycle - decisions decisions...

Hey Tanz, all well with me thanks, just need to start think about getting ready for the twins soon, haven't given it too much thought, it seems like only a month or 2 ago i was still TTC. Craziness!
