Ara i wanted to say to you that i know EXACTLY what you mean when you say your LB is sick alot due to allergies, my LB has also been diagnoised with bad hayfever and after many types of meds his now on a cortizone nasal spray BUT he still gets flu alot ecspecially months from September through to April, just not as bad as before the nasal spary. xxx

Just to add:

We HAVE had difficult nights while teething. One night she cried for about an hour. I just have to say-I don't know how anyone does it-to not sleep. I admire moms that can wake up and go and do what needs to be done, one so little sleep. It is enough to wear thin anyone's temper.

Charnenay, I purely don't talk about it (much) at the fear of Murphy's Law. :-) The moment you say your baby sleeps through, that night she wakes up all the time!

My baby slept very well since day three. She woke up at 11, 2 and 6 to drink. I slept when she slept. She soon started sleeping through. I breastfed for 14 months.

We did babywearing, co-sleeping and she still sleeps in her own bed (single bed) next to my bed. When hubby's not home, she sleeps in my bed.

I've never had a day where I did not get dressed, combed my hair and did my make-up.

She's never been really sick.

I thank God every single day for her and I appreciate every single moment with her. I ADORE her and think it's the best, best, best "present" anyone could ever get.

Hubby...yeah...he angers me, but we fight about him eating up all my food. (Hmmm...ja...it's a story for another day...:-))

Omw! I cant believe their are so many babies sleeping through! *sniff sniff*
I dont know which thread you guys are referring to, but whenever I see 'baby sleeping through' on a thread I always end up sqeezing a little 'I'm super jealous' in there.
My mom said it perfectly: 'he''s so cute, till you try to put him to sleep' lol
haha, was it me? I have a real knack for offending people and not realizing it, I'm kinda known for it in my circle of life.
And now (as I see it) there are litterally thousands of babies sleeping through!!!! *-the horror*
On a good night Jude wakes twice, after 10 I mean, before that he still likes to cluster feed.
Are you lot bottle feeding as a matter of interrest?

Maybe my thread reads a bit wrong. I am not upset or angry, just bothered (and there is a difference). I never took offence to anyone's comments on other threads, it just bothered me that people were saying things like: "If your baby sleeps through, definitely do not tell anyone about it. It didn't make me angry, just kinda made me scratch my head a bit and go.... "hhhmmm, not so sure I agree with that"

Oh finally a thread where I can brag.

I had the BEST pregnancy ever!! no MS no complications, none of the other stuff that go with pregnancy. I would love to go my entire life being pregnant!!

Had a complication free c-section, recoverd really well, and was really pain free afer 4 days.

My LG had no colic, no bad nights, no colds or flus and stared sleeping through at 6 weeks, maybe a few dummy runs in between but thats it!

She would and still falls asleep if you put her in bed with a bottel, no rocking or singing, she just sleeps.

We were co-sleeping till 5 months, and moved her to the cot without one single hicup!

First time she got sick she was 6 months and that too was really not bad, just a baby that wanted to be with mommy more than usual.

She is 8 months now and sleeps from 6-6 no hassels, if she wakes up she finds her own dummy and goes back to sleep. BUT I am by NO means ready for another one. The awake times she keeps me on my toes and she is VERY attached to me wich drives me insane at times. Jus the thought of me not being so lucky next time, makes me very scared of having another one.

Having a baby is HARD work even for those who have it easy. I really have respect for the mommies who struggle!!
