Help- I'm officially a cloth nappy user!!

i think make some more if you can. i saw on a site yesterday somewhere that 24 per size is good and if you only want to wash every 3 days you have to have 36 (which is a lot). You will maybe run out if baba is having a bad pooh day

Maybe just 5 more to make sure!

Hi Sarah

If you have only 10 teeny nappies you will mostlikely find yourself washing everyday. take into account that not all 10 will be dry by the following day. I would have no less than 12 to 15 of each size of nappy for the smaller sizes and then around 10 of the bigger sizes and then you may find you only need to wash every second day when baby wears size Large. This is where a one size nappy is great becaue you buy 24 nappies and you are set till the end.

Okay, now: how many waterproofs do i need? I have 4 Large ones already. I must now buy little ones for the new baby. Kid2Mama & Anina, i want to use the stegi ones, but i've seen that they have 4 or 5 different sizes? I don't want to buy the x-small size, they will grow out of it to quickly. I'll start with the next size. How many do you recomend??

I would buy 3 of each of the sizes but maybe just one of the xsmall for the begining. They are really tiny. Stegi reccomends 3 of each size of waterproof but that is just so that you don't have to spend all your time washing. If you want to buy them please let me know and I will give you the prices. Please order them online from tomorrow. If you order and pay by tomorrow aftenoon then then I can have them posted to you on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I would do the following: Put Neat Tea Tree Oil onto the stain, rub it in and leave it for a while, if the stain is not too set then then it will start to lift while you are rubbing it. If that doesn't work then take a bar of Sunlight soap and rub the soap into the stain. Do not rinse it out. Hang the waterproof into the sun to dry. Sunlight soap and sun together act like a bit of a bleach.
