Snoekie dit lyk lekker! Ek het crackerbread gehad met cottage cheese en so klein bietjie shaved chicken. My ontbyt was vrugte en youghurt. Vanaand maak ek vis en groente. Weet nog nie wat ek vir manlief gaan maak nie :dry:

DH : 25 ( low morphology)

TTC since JAN 2013

SEP 2013 : Diagnosed with Insulien resistance. Put on Metformin 1000mg a day.

JAN 2014: Gynea app. Scan showed some cysts on left ovary, right one is fine. Put on Fertomid 50mg

FEB 2014 - MAY 2014: 4 x 50mg Fertomid cycles. Ovulated on all but BFN

JUNE 2014: Appointment with fertility specialist at Aevitas.

Wow Snoekie, dit lyk heerlik! Ek eet elke keet Mozarella, maar ek dink ek gaan ook die cottage cheese probeer.

Ek gaan vannaand net slaai eet. My steak gisteraand was 200g (mag mos net 110g eet), so ek los maar die vleisie vannaand.

Ek opgewonde om more te gaan weeg. Hulle gaan 'n "body analyases" ook doen....

Hi Ladies,
Just wanted to share my lunch... Had 2 ryevitas, chunky cottage cheese and a salad. Was yummy.




Tonight I am having that TINY fillet with asparagus and salad, and I'll add potatoes for hubby.

Ja, veral as jy soos ek is en baie lief is vir my vleisie is 120g darem baie min!!!

Ek het gisteraand 'n 200g steak gehad met AVO en biltong....Oe die dokter gaan nie happy met my wees nie... :silly:

Ek dink ek gaan vannaand net SLAAI eet. Ek weeg more :tmi:

Goeie More Dames,
Ek is nou ofisieel saam met julle in die ding. Ons het nou klaar partytjie gehou en alles. Ek het gister al my goedjies gaan koop en my vleis af geweeg (sjoe, maar 120g is maar klein!). Elk geval, ek het my suurlemoen gedrink vanoggend :sick: . en nou gaan ak my jogurt en vrug eet.

Wel Sterk staan Dames, en geniet dit om daai senitimeters te sien weg smelt!

Myne op die stadium op 32 dae as ek die Fertomid gebruik sal maar sien wat gaan gebeur na hierdie siklus want dan is daar niks Fertomid meer nie glo ek sal terug gaan na my 34 - 44 dae

Ek is vandag CD1. Af het gisteraand gekom... ek voel so bloated!! Dis aaklig! Nunukie ek het ook n lang siklus. Enigiets van 31 tot 40 dae.
