Feeding your baby BLW style

Hey all,

Here is a pic of K eating noodles.

Our story:

I am one of those mommies that always home-cooked K's meals and started solids at 6 months. I spoon fed her up to the age of 1. Then she started showing signs that she wanted to eat on her own and we started helping her to learn how to eat with her hands. She is now a pro at it and although there are still times where the food ends up on the carpet or walls, she is getting better and better at it.

My only challenge now is to get meal ideas (thanks christelle for the recipes) as she has recently started to pick out the veggies if they are whole in her food. She is a meat-eater I have to make like a pasta sauce with veggies and puree that completely and thats the only way that she is eating veggies now because she cannot see it.
