Simone, Vision and Carol - thank you for support, I hope you are right about winds, everyone is saying from 3 months it's easier, but to hear it from you girls just makes it more believable.

Simone - awesome husband, I don't get that much help from mine, but on the other hand he is the one who makes money, I am a housewife, so I will not allow him to wake up at night to help me, when he has to go to work at 7 am, I just feel it would be too cruel and unfair.

ChubbyChick - another big baby in our group! Congratulations! Awesome name by the way, I love rare names.

Vision hang in there, you are the one who closes the show here! We are all spectators in anticipation, I am excited for you!

Carol - you made me laugh about mummy crying instead of the baby, I feel the same when we go for injections, next one this coming Monday, I better pack a box of tissues for myself.

Juandre - everyone congratulating you on a birth of your girl Keira, but I don't see the post about it. How did everyone found out? I don't quite understand, but well congratualtions! Hope all is well!

Lumine-Annie - Not so long now and the winds wil just come out on their own. I must say I cannot wait for the first 3 months to go by so the winds get better. I don't struggle that much with Janroux, but the day I struggle I get so tired and moody. Some days are better.

Simone you have a really sweet husband. I am sure you appreciate him alot. They are very rare. My dad was like that. Always considerate and helping out.
I was talking to a friend of myne. she gave birth a week before me. We made our husbands so use to the fact that we just do everything that they can be a bit inconsiderate thinking we are coping just fine. We actually have to ask for help and then we get a big SIGH. LOL but hey my hubby realised. The more he helps me, the nicer I am

AFM; Janroux and I are doing fine. I went for my 6 week checkup all is well. Janroux is going for his checkup on Friday and his injection. mommies gonna cry! well its harder for the mommie than the baby. The less sleep does not get to me as much as it did in the first few weeks. We are settling into a routine. (sort of) he falls asleep at 8 or 9 and the only wakes at 1or 2 in the morning. I really cannot complain. He sleeps alot during the day and at night. With Ruan I had to hold him the whole day! I think Janroue is getting really heavy. Got on the scale with him and it looks like he is 7kg+ :o he is not fat just really chubby

Ruan is doing well at school. We have our first parent meeting on monday. So exiting! And he is getting so clever. He loves his little brother and is very protective if someone else is touching the baby. Copying everything I say. "Not that close, he cannot see you" "carefull for the soft spot on head" The other night I was running the bathwater went I came into the room Ruan was gently taking of his brothers clothes. It was sooooo cute!

Anyhoo, got to get working. helping hubby out in his office at home. HOpe you are all doing great!

Soooooooooo just me left! So fed up but what can you do? I slept 3 hours last night and has been like that for a week am really exhausted. My lg is sick so she is home with me and very demanding oh well enough moaning seeing dr tomorrow so will see how things are going

Just a quick update. De Wet was born on 2 March 2012 at 09:36 via C-sec at 38 weeks. The op went extremely well and I was up and about the next morning. De Wet weighed 4.3kg and is 60.5cm tall.

Some nights are good and some are bad, the joy of having kids.

Getting my stiches removed today. Oh yes, lost 10.4kg from going in to going out of the hospital.

Annie lol @ being tired of babysitting! Don't worry in a week or 2 I reckon winds are a thing of the past:) I realised only this week I don't give meds anymore and Josh burping himself:)

We're all good this side...Addison is a sweetheart with her brother...we have no issues whatsoever! She is at a great age... Josh is such a happy baby...both my kids are a real blessing...and my husband is a gem that some nights let's see me sleep all night and he'll let me sleep in weekends. He baths Josh everynight...he is the best dad my kids could ask for...I feel so blessed as he does more than me some days....heck most days.lol.

Will pop in again...I have a book I've been dying to read and tonight is the night!
