Jan/Feb/Mrch 2012 Momies to Be

morning all.

Sjoe still no new babies. Except my friend who was pregnant with me. She had her C-sec yesterday! Lucky girl!

OK so only 6 more days for Me, Heather and Carlene. Unless any of us pop before the time.

Janroux was bumbing alot this morning but now he is quiet, probably sleeping...

Ruan is finally setteld at school. His grandparents arrived last night and I thought that might complicate the school going, but he was fine. So proud of my big boy!

checking the posts per email every day. Guess its that time that we are too busy to chat up a storm

Hi there,

Sorry for being MIA. I have a LOT OF WORK to get done before De Wet arrives as March is year-end and won't be here. So have to finish everything now. Since my company opened on the 3rd of January I finished: 3 scientific poster (of which one won an award ), two year-end reports, two trust reports, three popular publications and a scientific publication. Still left to do: a farmers' day booklet and my maternity leave planning.

As for De Wet: I suppose everything is going well with my big man. He is very busy with such strong movements that I sometimes have to say ouch or gasp for air or run for the loo. Going to the gynae again on the 31st.

Where are all the babies???

Hi Ladies,

Cant believe we are having our bundles already.

Well i am 40 weeks and 1 day...and still nothing on my side.
Getting very frustrated, as sleep is something i dont know about anymore and the loo is now my best friend again.

I have tried everything now, even went to the extreme yesterday and scrubbed my floors on my hands and knees. (Must admit that i am in extreme pain today though)Next will have to be a bumping dirt road.

Been wishing everyday for some sort of sign to say i am in labour. But to my dismay absolutely NADA.

It seems i will be counting down my days with Carol, as my induction will take place on the 30th january.

No personals today unfortunately as i have my hands full with a toddler that is as difficult as can be. Hoping it is just teeth and not that she is getting sick (Please not now)

Hello Ladies

Juandre sorry about the lack of sleep - it can drive a person crazy. Bekah has also been sleeping restlessly. Maybe it is the heat but if you have aircon on then that should help. Maybe she is going through a growth spurt. My friends from the July 09 group said that they dewormed and then their little boy slept much better?
I would love to hear from the moms who have had their babies like Maureen and Mumoo

Carlene you are working too hard - you should be resting at this late stage. I hope your LG makes her appearance soon

Simone so good to hear from you - wow time has flown by so far fast - so glad Joshua is doing well and Addison is enjoying school

Carolsch how are you feeling? Still in so much pain?

Lumine I am pink mad - I have to force myself to buy other colours for my Little girl - but she just looks so pretty in pink HOpe the feeding is going well! You are doing great so far and giving her the best!

It is a bit cooler in JHB the past few days cause we have had rain but I am not complaining this heat has killed me. I get swollen feet everyday. Otherwise all healthy - Leah is quite a mover -she is busy alot, hope she will be a sleepy baby

AFM- We didnt get to go for dinner as MG started running a high temp. She was up all night with temp about 40 degrees. Took her to the dr on friday and she had a throat infec/tonsilitis. So I was home all weekend with her. She is much better and is back at school today.
I am so sleep deprived and my body is aching. She has been sleeping so badly . We have tried everything- moving her bed into our room incase she was too hot- we have an aircon, they only have fans. AM really at my wits end...

Jammer ek is so stil, maar Henk hou my lekker besig. die kant gaan dit goed net vrek warm.

Met kleinding in die maag gaan dit ook goed net so voelig soos sy/haar boetie en kry vreeslike bh Kontraksies. Ek gaan die 16 Maart in vir my keiser. moet weer oor so +- 3 weke by gunie wees dan is ek 34 weke.

Sorry ek reply nie op julle poste nie maar internet sein is maar swak, sukkel al 'n uur net om die bietjie te pos.
