Vision I must still put up the xmas tree but just don't have the energy to do, run out of breath so quickly...

Still here. Just reading the posts everyday. Had another appointment yesterday. Milah is now 1.2 kg's 11 more weeks to go.

I wanted to say that my actual b-day is 25 December. I am turning 30.

Hi ladies.

Have our works year-end function at 12 o'clock, but going to miss it as I have to go to the GP at 12:45. We suspect I have mumps. My throat is REALLY sore on the one side and my ear also started aching. Another symptom of mumps is muscle pain. Maybe that is why my whole body is aching for nearly three days now. I feel really low and down in the dumps at this stage.

Simone - Aaahh, Addison sounds like a real sweetie. Your baby is also growing nicely! Only 18 days left, are you ready?

Vision Bekah sounds so cute with her xmas tree:) That sucks re: shoes!! Depending on how worn they look, I would consider taking them back?? R200 is alot of money...

My scan went well. Baby is growing nicely...yesterday weight was apparently 2.7kgs. Doc estimates 3.3kgs by c-section date...but I'll wait and see...as 2 weeks ago he was 1.9kgs...so the scan just is a guess. He showed us the clear outline of penis...lol...so there'll be NO surprise on birth date! He is facing my spine so we got no look at his face:( No cord around his neck...so yip...all good..I think its 18 days to go???? YIKES!

We packed compactum last night...Addison was as 'helpful' as ever. Shame she'd ask me to fold and then she packed...but packed so I couldnt close the drawers.lol. But she had so much fun and really excited about her blover.

Have to tell you this story...she was looking for my sister to help her put up xmas tree. Addison comes distraught out of the room…sighing, hands on her head: ‘I can’t find her anywhere. She disappeared. Daddy made her disappeared with his magic wand’.

So we tell her to try and make her reappear. She says she cant find her wand, but she’ll use a teaspoon and starts ‘acca dabra’ and says she is going to make her aunt’s tummy, legs and face appear…but of course it didn’t work.

So I found sister outside and asked her to please come and make an appearance as Addison redoes the spell. So I come in and find Addison sad and depressed in kitchen cause her magic didn’t work. I tell her to try one more time…and lo and behold out jumps her aunt. The look on that child’s face??? She thought she was a real magician and was just beside herself with happiness that her magic had worked. It was so cute to watch….she wanted applause and curtsied for us.lol. A real drama queen that one…you had to see her..finger on the cheek going: let me think how I can find my aunt!

Then 2 seconds later: okay let me stop thinking! LMAO!

Anyways...sorry for long post...it was really cute to watch..though dangerous if she thinks she can really do magic! lol.

Vision you must take it easy...breathlessness doesnt sound nice at all! Does doc say its normal?

Morning Ladies,

Went for the first of the two injections this morning. It burned, and my bum went numb for a while! At least just one more left. Going tomorrow morning again before the Babyshower starts.

Vision - I have the same problem, walking to the toilet, I am out of breathe, drives me insane as well.

At least it is a short day for me today. Going for lunch with an old friend at 11. And then the running around starts. Need to drop of my stroller at my moms, then have to get the party buckets for tomorrow, pop into PicknPay for the last stuff and then off to the butcher for the meat and biltong. Then get home, take a shower, get dressed up and off to Emperors Palace for dinner and Casper de Vries with my DH. It is his Birthday Present from me.

Simone cant wait to hear how your scan went. I am sure Addison is going to miss you stax but atleast you are preparing her and she can come see you. My friend from the July 09 group just had her 2nd LG and she said it was hard but not as bad as she thought so that gives me hope cause she was stressing out big time about leaving her little girl.

maureen i hope the next 10 days fly by and that you can then enjoy your well deserved leave!

We put up our christmas tree last night - Bekah was so excited, I think she understands more this year. It actually makes it more fun when you have kids - their excitement is infectious. She just sits and stares at the lights and the 1st thing she wanted to see this morning was her christmas tree she actually told me that it must go in her room I seriously love this time of the year - everything is so festive and people are getting into the holiday spirit

I bought bekah walkmates in september and they are already broken. She wears them about 3-4 times a week and does run around alot but sheesh I thought they would last longer since they cost R200!!!

I am really suffering with breathlessness - it drives me insane makes me soooo claustrophobic!!!!!!
