Ladies - DH has tonsilitis, now I have a question? The doctor found liver ensymes in DH urine, and said after antibiotics he needs to have another urine sample done, and if it has not cleared up then he needs a blood test. What does it mean when you have liver ensymes in your urine? Is it something to be worried about?

Maureen - Im glad Jamie is feeling better. Shoe looks like Reagan is going to be a big boy. So great that he is doing well. Time is really going quickly so scary.

Carlene Im glad you found someone young and willing to work. I also have a young women and she works really hard.

Cakes - I mix bio oil in with baby cream. Makes its less oily. Used it throughout my first pregnancy and still landed up getting strech marks from about 37 weeks.

Carlene, it seems a lot of us must go shopping for household items. Have you decided on what kind of a stove yet? I looked at the Defy gas&electric one which I really liked. I am not sleeping so well at night, sleep till about 1, and then I lie awake(baby is moving around alot in this time as well), only to fall asleep at 3:30/4:00 again, and then our "alarm clock" wakes up at 4:30/5:00 for his morning bottle. So I'm tired today!

Morning Ladies,

Reagan is still a boy. A big boy at that, he weighs 700 grams already, and this at 23 weeks and 5 days. I will be 24 weeks tomorrow, 6 months! I can't believe time has flown by!

I am sending Jamie to school tomorrow, he is a lot better and he needs to start getting his routine in order again. Also my niece is getting grommets on Friday and I know my mom wants to go to the hospital with them.

Only problem is that DH is sick now, I think it is his tonsils. Will see what the doctor says this morning after he goes.

Maureen, I’m so glad that Jamie is better. The last time I took my LG to a Pead was when she was about 3mths old. From then on I took her to a normal GP. There’s one at the Irene intercare clinic that is very good with children. I took Emma to him with the swollen gland and he took one look at her and the look into her left ear and told me that it is middle ear infection. Then he looked in her mouth and showed me her 2year molar on the bottom left hand side is starting to come through. And they are less expensive than a Pead. Looking forward to some news about little bean tomorrow. I’m only going on the 27th of October again.

Ashleigh, I’m so glad that I found a lady that can come and help me from next week Monday. She helped me out once just before this other lady started to work, and I must say, I’m happier with her quality of work that with the one I had. Ester is still young and she wants to work. Belinah on the other hand, I think was to fat and lazy to do anything. She did the minimum. And if she decided to come back next week, I’m going to tell her that she can leave again. She didn’t want to sign the contract, so now I can give her 24h notice and according to me she AWOL’ed.

We must also do some shopping in December for the new house. I want a bigger fridge/freezer. I like the LG 710l one. And we must still go and buy a new stove. We picked out our new “braai” last week Saturday and it was delivered the same day. Now they must just build it in. They are supposed to start the roof of our house today. Will go and have a look after work again. I’m so looking forward to moving into the new house end Nov beginning of Des.

Well, I made a booking for Saturday morning under “van Niekerk”. I must just go and drop of my DH at the gautrain on Saturday morning, but I think I will be back in time. He is going to Durban next week for a work thing. I was supposed to go with him, but decided against it, because he will be busy during the day.

I will be seeing you ladies on Saturday. Zaylee and Ruan will be coming with me.

Carlene - So fustrating when you have to deal with domestics that steals. Good thing she is gone. I hope you find a replacement soon. I also hate ironing. When I was in high school I used to do the ironing for everyone in the house to earn pocket money.

Zelf - moving once would be so much better for you. I hope your house will be done by then. LoL about Ewan - How was he supposed to know. Too cute.

I have be suffering with heartburn. Hardly had it with my last pregnancy. It was really bad last night. Not only was Zaylee keeping me out of my sleep so was the heartburn.

Zaylee and I had our first swim for the summer yesturday afternoon. She really enjoyed it. The water was just the right temp.
