Zel- that is what we are thinking, that it will be best for her routine to go 5 days a week. Children thrive on routine!!!
Shame poor little girl, the school should talk to the mom.

Do any of you have a Mexican Bola? I was given one as a gift when I was preggie with M. I wore it until the end and when it tinkled she would kick. Then when she was born the tinkle would calm her. DH asked me this morning when I was going to start wearing it again and I said babies only hear from 23 weeks. But I was just doing research and they say there are studies that show the feotus can hear from 16 weeks so I will start wearing mine.

Juandre, good to hear that the spotting stopped! Just take it easy now.
Hopefully your house is done???
Glad you enjoyed your weekend in JHB.
With my experience with the school situation I would sent M 5 days a week, they get used to the routine of something(school or MIL) and it's very confusing for them if its not consistant. Shame, there is a little girl in Janu's class, she started to come to school from 4 months(she is 14 months now) and she's still not used to it!! Her mother is a doctor, and I think she locum, because sometimes she comes 3 times a week, sometimes the whole week, but never at the same time. In the afternoon when I go to fetch the kids, and I walk up the stairs and hear crying, its this little girl. She is not used to the school routine and does not want to sleep. She disrupts the whole class. And it's not her fault, I blame the parents! But that is just my oppinion.

Well done on the minimum weight gain, I am starting to pick up weight now :(

Morning ladies,

I havent had any more spotting since Wednesday last week so I am at work today. Mickey had to be pryed off her dad screaming yesterday morning when we dropped her off at school but by the time we got to the front door she had been distracted. When I fetched her she wasnt even very interested in me. She had a lovely morning! The plan initially was to send her 3 days a week, but this morning she didnt want to go to my MIL, she wanted to go in the car with her bag. So we think we might send her 5 days a week.

Zel- we did go up to JHB, but we drove as I wasnt allowed to fly and besides meals and the show I spent the weekend making full use of the hotel room :D. DH took Mickey for walks and out to play while I rested.
If I were you I would move at the end of November. At least then you will be settled before baby comes in Jan. Also you dont want to be unpacking boxes in the heat of Summer!!!
When I had Mickey I told DH I wanted a proper nappy bag and for my birthday he bought me a gorgeous one that cost an arm and a leg. But everyone remarks on it and it will see me through this baby too.

I was so happy at the dr on Friday, I had only put on 400 grams in 3 weeks (between my 12 week and 15 week app). Problem is I am not sure what I weighed before that app so overall I am not sure what my gain has been.

Morning!

Cookie-Monster, is everything fine with the baby? What did the gynae say? Lovely bump pic!

Good to hear all went well on Saturday Carlene - good luck with the editing. It's sometimes hard when the kids want to "help' and all you want to do is finish the project, but times like that I just keep reminding myself that they grow up soooooo quickly, just be patient, and then in the end I enjoy it just as much as them.

Bought the nappy bag yesterday, one more thing ticked off from my to-do list  . Luckily my SIL' friend told her not to buy a bag, so I didn't have to think up any excuses.

We accepted a offer on the house this morning, have to decide when to move now. Don't think transfer will happen before middle Dec when they close, but not sure about anything anymore! Ai, think I must start packing in anyway!

Hi there
Well, today was still busy with the saving of the financial statements, but hopefully it will be better from tomorrow. The wedding was very nice, and I think I took a few nice photos. Luckily for me the bride didn’t have a problem to “pose” for the photos, which made it a lot easier for me. I was very tired on Saturday night and a bid sore of all the walking. And went to bed with one terrible headache and still had it on Sunday as well, but today it is a lot better. Now I must still edit the photos and that is usually the hard part, especially with a 2year old in the house. She just want to help the whole time, or when I switch the computer on she wants me to draw lions and fish and this weekend it was the moon and the stars. Shame, she just wants to be part of everything. Last week I was making a present for my friend for her birthday. It is a mosaic black board, and she wanted to help. So I gave her a peace of paper and some mosaic tiles and the glue and she made her own “artistic peace of paper”. She was so proud of it, she went to DH and showed it to him about 10times. :)

Zel, I’ll hold thumbs for you that one of those deals or offers will go through. It is not nice to pack when pregnant, but maybe we can get some of Ashleigh’s energy or better, get her to come and help us pack. :P
I’ve heard of some pregnant ladies that at the end of there pregnancy get the urge to spring-clean. Didn’t happen to me with my first pregnancy, and don’t think it will happen to me now. I’m to tired at the moment. Just wants to sleep the whole time.

Jaundre, hope you will be better soon. What is it with you girls and al the bleeding? You must take it easy like me and just rest.
And Heather you are pregnant and not suppose to do splits now. Hope everything is ok. Let us know what the doc said.

Chubbychick so glad to hear about the raise. I think that will come very handy with the new baby. Enjoy your app tomorrow.

Well, I’m of to home now. Think I’m going to bed very early tonight.
