January 2013 - Baby/Mommy Club!

Hi ladies!

This heat is unbearable! My hands and feet are so swollen hey! And don't have energy to do much.... Which isn't fair either on my guests, but as they are my folks they are more understading!

How are the new baba's doing?? Pls keep us updated ladies, and some pics pls???

We ae almost 36weeks, attached is our pic of the week My daughter thought it funny to pull a face! Hubby says it looks like she's supporting my stomach with her head - hehehe! Wish she could! This tummy is very big! Saw the stares I got in the mall today - people are probably wondering what the hell I am doing in a mall!

It's so hot I don't know what to do with myself...gosh... My son is also just irritated with himself, but my ankles are aching quite bad, can't even go somewhere to pass time ya it seems every day of these last days feels like a year... Gosh now the screen keeps freezing....great...

I can't believe 3 of the January ladies have given birth already...there's still 3 days left if anyone else still wants to surprise us! LOL...

My sister in Law is going in this afternoon to have her little one 10 days earlier than expected - her fluid is too low so they have decided to bring him into the world! Cannot wait to meet my new nephew
I also officially go on Maternity leave today!! I wasn't sure I would make it, but am utterly relieved to be finished with work now - my feet are also constantly swollen to the point of no return and the aches/pains are in full swing, so this "break" before baby gets here is much needed!!

Its the last stretch ladies every one of us are soon going to hold our little angels!!! Very exciting!

Oh my word....my son thinks I'm crazy, as I read the posts I keep laughing loudly but I have tears in my eyes...wow can't believe 3 ladies already have their babies!!!!

She's still in there .. I went for my 38 weeks check up yesterday, the stitch actually made my cervix very hard, so I gotta walk a lot and Phindi suggested I start drinking raspberry herbal to soften it, and it's quite long still, but she literally held baby's head, that was so cool as with my son Dr said he couldn't engage, she's already in a great position and very low. So now I'm just waiting, seeing Phindi on the 3rd, think we'll still be waiting

Congrats Cherikey!!!! Ya such a great weight, that was my son's weight but I delivered exactly at 40 weeks, so Colby would have been a rather big boy .....you have no idea how I'm excited for you ladies!!!! Even though we must kick you out of Jan moomies hahahahahahahha

Wow Cherikey!!! Congrats on the birth of your son! What an awesome birth story! Can't wait to see the pics! And what a healthy weight hey?!?
