Hi Ladies

Thanks for the updates Melisue & Tazzy9, i've added you to the list...

BTW, with regards to the perineal massage, that's different to keagel exercises. What i'm actually referring to is stretching down there using your fingers to basically make the hole bigger. Excuse me being so blunt, but basically this helps for when the area gets stretched for baby. The keagel excercises help when it comes to pushing baby out whereas the stretching makes it easier for baby to fit through the hole... Get what i'm saying???

I had an awful weekend... Our alarm went off during the night on Friday night & then my LG woke with a fever (cold) on Saturday morning and me with a scratchy throat... Was man down in bed most of Sunday, partically with a sore body specializing in the pubic area. Could barely lift my LG to put her on the toilet. Today i'm feeling much much better!

Hope you all have a great week!

Hi Ladies,

I'm still here hehe Sorry so quiet, just been crazy few weeks but I try to catch up on all your news as much as possible :P

Thanks for gr8 list Cherikey, please add me too. Same as Tazzy9... Also 28th Jan and also a boy

Nadia, snoekie and Cherikey - Your tummies all look gorgeous!

I did manage to do perineal excercises with first child as they made us practise at antenatal class.. (we didnt have to use our hands though, our teacher used to tell us we had to "clench and release" as if we were smuggling diamonds LOL - bit wierd I know but it was funny at the time) This time havent' done much - but will try to start again.

I see we all complaining of more or less same symptoms... I especially suffer with my lower back these day as I am constantly overdoing it. I 'm my own worst enemy - can't seem to sit and relax, always finding something that needs doing.

Had my Little boys 3rd birthday on Sat, shew party planning can be hard work, Just another reason all mommies deserve medals ;) That took alot of my time so in the next few weeks I can relax a little and will try to focus on packing bags and sorting out baby room while on leave in Dec.

Best of luck with move Anthea, just take it easy.

Good luck with finding a name Tracyo

Have a great week everyone! xx

Hello ladies !!

Cherikey - thanks for putting the list together - nice to see everyone's due dates - lots of girls on the list :woohoo: :woohoo:

Anthea - good luck with your move this week - don't do any of the hard work yourself - lots of delegation!!!

Sma - I know the feeling with being tired - luckily I work from home so I go and take short little naps to get me through the day....

Tazzy9 - good luck with your 9 weeks still to go... good 4 you with being ready with your bag!!! :cheer: :cheer:

AFM - I did some packing this weekend more to make space for baby in my LG's room - at least her clothes are washed and in the cupboard. We have to be out of our house by the end of Jan so we are on a mission to find a new home (exhausting...) I have some of the stuff for my hospital bag but still need to get things like PJ's and bra's..... baby has dropped in the last week or two... I rarely get hearburn anymore.. although it does feel like she is going to fall out sometimes she is sitting so low    I feel like my bathroom trips have doubled at night as well...  I have my Dr appt on Friday and I am really keen to see how she has grown.

We still dont have a name for our little one yet - I have suggested Sarah Elizabeth or Emily Rose (but I was totally shot down on this because it is the name of a horror movie) and my latest suggestion is Madison... I have informed my husband that if we get to the hospital and he has not give one suggestion then I get to decide on her name

I hope you guys have a fantastic week with little pain and heartburn!!!

Cherikey how do you do it!!!!!! I also can never take pics of my tummy cos it's rather designed  right now....

I'm sooooooo tired, like I got to work, went to use the laides room, and fell asleep there for like 15 minutes!!!!! I don't know who had overtaken my brain when I decided to leave work at 37 weeks....

My biggest struggle is the sore hips. I'm actually sleeping well, somehow :) ...but ouch when I get up, this electric knife stabs my hips!!!

Uhm still haven't shopped  ... I'll do it this weekend okay
