Anthea, as usual looking very lovely! I'm so jealous about the 4D, i don't get to have one of those this time around as neither my doc or hospital offer it.

Juwayraj, i agree... not loving this Monday at all. Feeling quite sore, tired & down for some reason... Maybe i'm having withdrawal symptoms after our holiday or the fact that it's still raining at home... going on 4-5 weeks now of nearly constant rain

Anyways, is anyone going to the baby expo at The Dome next weekend? I want to try & get some free tickets. My hubby is doing a talk at the Canon Expo (he's a photographer) and so we're off to Jhb for that and luckily it coincides with the same weekend as the Baby Expo so i get to go to that as well! Yay!

Hi ladies...

Uhm I haven't even bought baby's clothes yet
I think it's a fear, for a while now I've been worried about delivering prematurely...nots sure what's the foundation for this, maybe the MC...but on Friday my fear got worse. I went for my 32 weeks check-up, the baby and I are fine, but she's already engaged, well only 4/5, but it kinda worried my midwife, so we are both now scared if I'll at least make it to 36 weeks .... But ya, this morning I was telling my husband that I think I'm thinking that if I prepare for her I'll be "allowing" her to come....I know I know, crazy thinking... So ya, I shall go on a baby shopping spree before my 34 weeks app... Plus I only have boy things since my older one is a boy....

Does anyone know well about this whole engaged thing..... Maybe I'm worried and it's normal for babies to be 4/5 engaged at 32 weeks... But ya, she's killing my hips...

Lol Juwayraj - i take a pic once a week for a diary i keep for the little one... I am also a keen photographer - if it could pay the bills as well as my current job i would do it full time... You are blessed with great friends hey!

Mornings!!

Ladies....I dont know about you but I'm not feeing this Monday... I'd rather be home sleeping Hpe you all had a good weekend

We had a very hot weekend here in CPT this weekend...but I was home, busy packing away washing on Saturday while my SIL took the kids to the pools. Friday eve we went to go visit friends and while there she offered to wash all baby's clothes and blankies (She phoned me to bring it with beforehand). I'm so glad that that's behind me Yesterday I just spent a relaxing day at my Mom's house...
They are supposed to go in vacation from the 21st of December and returning home by 6/7th January but yesterday she said she'll be home before New Years as she don't want to miss out when baby is born.

Anthea: You are always up for a pic hey, lol....but you do look stunning as always! I've decided not to look at the calender anymore, I just want this to be over and done with. Enjoy your appointment today!

Welcome back Chrisy!! Glad you are doing well...our 7 weeks will fly by and all our aches and pains will be gone!! I'm so jealous that your labour was so short...It must have been really great cos the whole process makes a person tired.

Its our 4D scan today!! Really hope we get some awesome pics again! And today we are 30weeks! Cant wait to see our little bean!

We had a busy weekend - lots accomplished on the house front! The move is getting more and more real! Also went to watch Breaking Dawn with my SIL... Not quite what i expected but felt good to do something different for a change!

Welcome back Chrisy! Glad to hear you are still coping, and barely managing like most of us here This heat in Gauteng is also not helping hey!?! The heartburn is terrible!!! What are you taking for it?

@Juwayraj - kids do say the darndest things hey! Like my mum always say - out of the mouths of babes... I would love another one after this but hubby not to keen! Hopefully i can convinve him otherwise in the next 3 years -FX Please dont say that about the labour - i was also hoping you'd say that baby comes quicker second time around Ek kannie mee nie! And still have such a long way to go!

@Tracyo - how is the packing going? We are doing ours bit by bit - it helps that i can just sort through the stuff and then the nanny packs it up into boxes... Still, its amazing how much crap one accumulates hey

Any way - scans today at 12, so hopefully i'll be able to post pics tomorrow! Here's today's 30 week pic
