I'm officially due the 30th of May - but im already sooooo tired and sore and heavy!!! Cant wait to meet this little guy though. Still have to work for another 3 weeks (the mind AND body have both checked out though )

I am new to the site and have been reading up on all your posts! So exciting!

I hope you don't mind me joining in on the posts

When are all your due dates?
I am having a C-section on 15 May, 3 weeks to go, I can't believe how quickly time has flown.
This will be my second as I already have a gorgeous boy who is 3.5yrs. Baby to be is also a boy so I am trying to prepare for a house of chaos no doubt!

We have moved to Preoria 18mths ago from Italy and dont know many people so would love to meet new mum-friends! I am Scottish and hubby is South African by the way, loved Italy and certainly different from SA!

Excited and scared, cant believe your little one came so early, what a shock indeed. You must be so relieved she is doing well.
KerryA, I totally understand what you mean about dont remember everything being as challenging this time. I swear I am more uncomfortable this time round, but my husband and family say I am smaller this time! Must be getting older??? ( I am 35)

Thanks KerryA and MamakaWawa, it was quite a stressful time but im quite relieved that little Sophia is breathing on her own and is handling her feeds so well.

Wow excited... that must have been such a shock. I am so so glad to hear your little one is doing well, and i hope she comes out of hospital soon.

I think we have all been waiting for each other to post, which is why i popped in to post my pics of my 4d scan, which if you look was last month.

my baby is doing well i am just so exceptionally uncomfortable and huge now... everything is a challenge and i really don't remember it being like this with my first so i recon he is just bigger than she was... she was only 3.05kg so its very likely.

Wow Excited and Scared - sounds like you've been on one hell of a ride - so HAPPY that little one is ok though. My sister had pre-eclamsia and she gave birth to my 790g niece at 30 wks and the little lady is a ball of fire now......I've attached a picture.

So Im sure your little one will be nice and out of hospital in no time.

Hi all! its been very quiet over here! Guess everyone is preparing for the little one's arrivals!

My waters broke at 26 weeks and I gave birth at 27 weeks at the end of March! Little Sophia was born at 950g and is weighing 1.2Kg today

Im back at work for so long and will take my maternity leave when she comes out of hospital which they estimating to be closer to her due date; 28 June.

Hope everyone else is doing well!!
