Hi There Ladies,
Breastpump has also been a concern to me as I def want an electrical and I want a double pump. I think the one we get here is the Medela but I am not sure. They cost about 2000k

But I would really like to do my best to breastfeed. My main problem is that a few years back I had a breast Reduction. Back then they told me there is no guarantee about breast feeding and this is a risk I have to take. The rule of thumb the doctor told me is that if I regain feeling in my nipples I will have a 50/50 chance of breast feeding. I did regain full feeling so I fall into the 50/50 category. My breast milk ducts should work fine the problem that we are unsure of is weather the nerve endings of my nipples properly reconnected to the milk ducts in order to transport the milk from the breast to outside. So I will have to wait until after I give birth to know

also with having prem babies that will probably be in NICU if I have milk I will have to pump and we feed the babies like that as they might be too young to latch....
Izzels don't feel bad about your panic attack, I have them every now and then when I realise that in two months time I am going to be a mom and life as I know it will change for ever. I panic about if I will be able to do it, I panic about how my and Dh relationship will handle it, I panic about the finances and even though this was a planned pregnancy that we tried for 3 years and ended up doing IVF I know catch myself thinking " SH@t am I ready to be a mom????" and then I panic about how the heck did we go through IVF and now I don't know if I am ready hahahahahaha its a bit funny when I think about it rationally as I know I am ready and that this what I want. Don't worry I think it is perfectly normal to feel that way. I to be honest I don't think this will be last time you feel that way
In regards to giving birth I think we all second guess our choice at one point or another. before I fell pregnant I was died set on an elective C-section. Then when I knew I was pregnant I started second guessing the choice and think that I should rather go natural. To a certain point I am glad with it being twins that, that choice is no longer mine to make as I think not matter what choice I make I would have wondered if it was the right thing. Go with you gut and trust your instinct.
Shoe what a mouth full this morning
