Hi ladies

Im good so far and the morning sickness comes and goes....had something wierd happen the other day.....i started feeling the little one move  ...i found out that you detect early foetal movement in your second and/ or third pregnancy....its been quite fascinating.....have any of you mummies felt anything yet?

I found that eating high fibre food like meausli and yogurt or all brans helps with bloating and constipation....
@Evestyles - congrats mummie and welcome! I used to eat toast in the beginning and it had to have jam but that was soon replaced by a love for anything with vinegar, lol

@Jupiter - congrats on the scan mummie...good to hear that that the little one is going great, keep yourself healthy:-)

@Gabi - i would absolutely love to do waterbirth iv heard such amazing stories and i have been won over....im looking for a great midwife and a birthing pool at the moment but not forgeting to have a backup plan.

Hi ladies

I hope you're all well :)

Can't believe I can finally join a group of preggy ladies - been a long time coming.

Congrats to all of you!

My first gynae appointment is only on 22nd January - I pray all is well.

Been having whole day nausea - some days really bad, others not too bad.

Can't stop eating toast - anything on toast ehehheehehehe

As for birth - I had an emergency c-section with Connor so will be having a planned c-section with this baby. I was keen on a vbac and might even change my mind (you know how preggy women are) but I'm not confident I can do a natural birth.

jupiter - glad your scan went well - amazing sight :)

gabi and dellie - i try to eat 2 to 4 salticrax as soon as i wake up and then I seem to be okay. Also, I brush my teeth before I eat anything coz if I do it afterwards then I get sick.

peanut - I was so worried about bloating early and picking up weight. I started training 8 weeks before I fell pregnant so will continue from next week when I go back to school - hopefully it will help. My tummy is slightly swollen but not that much worse than normal.

Keep well ladies

Hi all
My scan went well today. There is a 2cm little baby in there. Saw the heartbeat and tiny arms and legs and everything is normal. My due date is 15 August.
I asked the gynae how I will likely deliver since I had a c-section with my first, due to a failed induction. He seemed fine with going the VBAC route, which I'm thrilled about because I really wanted a vaginal delivery with my first and I was always a bit heartbroken that I didn't get the chance. @Gabi let's keep our fingers crossed that we can both get the VBAC we want.
It's all starting to feel a bit more real now eeeek!

Take care of yourselves and I really hope those of you who are experiencing nausea feel better soon.

Hey everyone,
Morning sickness hit me with a bang this morning, I had been fine up till now I was hoping to be one of the lucky ones who didn't get it.
besides been huge already I really feel pregnant now!!!!

Has anyone decided or know how they want to deliver?
I had an emergency c-section with my son (was fully dialated and pushing my heart out but he was transverse)
I really want to go for VBAC this time

@ Gabi - besides the fatigue, I also used to get morning sickness almost all the time but as I went further into the pregnancy it slowly faded I have it only in the mornings now.im slowly adjusting to weight gain but all my jeans don't fit, lol so I've opted for dresses, I nibble on food all day so im happy bout that, lol

I agree with the looking five months when you are only less situation, lol, I look like im six months along already and its also my second so its definitely true that you show quicker with the second.

Shame Peanut! I hear you about the fatigue, I seem fine in the morning then the afternoon is a complete write off.
Last night I got home at about 7 - Hubby had made dinner already, I scoffed that and promptly fell asleep on the couch, hubby woke me at 12:00 and dragged me to bed.
