Morning Ladies

Hope everyone had a lovely weekend. was freezing indeed.

I feel better, but still have a cough in the mornings and evenings.

Nadia thinking of you with the toothache, not nice. Hope they can sort it out quick.

How is everyone else doing? oh and just a quick Q, before I have to scroll through all the posts to get the answers, Joans, when did your "hunger-nausea" start to ease off?

I am 11 weeks now and starting to feel not so hungry so often anymore.
I also still have the most stupid nightmares. I am wondering if this can not have a effect on baby? I sometimes wake up screaming

Guys I've been struggling with severe toothache and turns out I need to have my old root canal reopened this week. On antibiotics but the pain is so bad and all I can take is Panado! I want to cry

Shame mommyme, hope you get better soon, winter sucks especially when you can't take worthwhile meds to get better quicker. I keep giving sick people in my office the evil eye and have hand sanitizer on my desk, can't face getting sick.

Lucky you Joans, love baby stuff shopping although your mil sounds just as exhausting as mine

Been having odd cravings for olives and garlic. My poor hubby needs a medal for putting up with all my nonsense! The staff in the kitchen at the lodge told me I'm getting fat, I replied I should hope so coz I'm pregnant and clearly they have memory loss coz they've forgotten how I used to roll into the lodge at 8 months with my last pregnancy I'm not really bothered coz I lost a lot of weight very quickly when I was breastfeeding so I'm living in hope it will be the same the second time around! You guys should join the la leche league SA facebook page, I have a good giggle everyday and am still learning alot even though I'm an old pro/cow

My son Ruben has now learnt to drink his juice and spit it out in a fountain into his food/my food or my coffee cup. He's a handful When I told his nanny the baby is most likely another boy I got the impression she wanted to either cry or run! Poor girl is saint!!! Really wish I could work half day and spend morentime with Roo.

Anyway, I better go and figure out what Roo and I are having for dinner.

Congrats mama2B on the possible blue! glad you enjoyed the scan, its so precious and exciting. Where are you from?

How is everyone else doing. I was very busy at work this week so did not feel so good. Cant wait for second trimester.

Hubby is going fishing tomorrow and coming home on Sunday, I am so worried with this stormy weather. Even tho they are grown men, its still freezing cold.

Have a slight headache today,so just cant wait for 5 o clock. are the rest of you also working 8 to 5?

Hi Ladies,

Officially 13 weeks today! The scan yesterday was incredible!! Baby was moving around waving arms in the air, it was really amazing to see! Daddy is so excited he can't contain himself, even asked if we can't go for a scan every week!

Doc can't confirm anything cos they couldn't see properly but it looks like we might be playing for the blue team!

Joans ons gaan beslis die antenatal klasse doen,maar eers biki later, of wanneer doen mens dit gewoonlik? Jy is gelukkig vir al die goedjies wat jy gekry het. Lekker om als al vroeg reg te he.

Nzuma did you see your gender at your last scan? How are you doing?

TCC84 you are very quite, everything ok? how are you doing? when is your next scan? we have the same due date.

Im feeling ok. still have a cough and a husky voice , but its ok, I will cope. just looking forward to our scan on 22nd. Really cant wait!! trying to stay positive that everything will be fine.
