Hallo Ladies!!
Lullaby - Welcome!!! Glad you can join us. Interesting, we are 4 ladies now with first children around 5 years old?! How have your pregnancy been so far?
Faffymum - yip, organs feel squashed here too even though I am a fairly tall lady...I also haven't booked my bed with medical aid yet. Will do next week after my midwife appointment this week. Your house sounds like in a very similar state as ours...It seems as if we are moving, there is just stuff EVERYWHERE!! I am not inviting anyone over soon...
Nels - I am with you with packing your hospital bag ASAP and getting everything ready. Not to spread widespread panic, but I have just heard of one too many ladies going into labor earlier, so I would prefer to be ready should I need it. I know my energy levels are going to drop with each passing week, so I would also prefer to get all baby shopping and cots etc setup so that I can just lie with my legs up the last couple of weeks.
StarryEyed - Wow!! Enjoy the swiss alps!! So great you are doing that before baby arrives. Ouch, I am so sorry to hear you are still feeling nauseous!! You really were one of those very unlucky few who battles for the entire pregnancy?! Keeping my fingers crossed that it will ease up soon. Finishing a PHD before baby arives sounds like quite a challenge, best of luck with that.
I had a good Pilates session today (only 20 min. though...) and managed better than the previous times, hopefully I can still catch up on lost exercise in time. Going to the shops are tough - I can't do longer than an hour or so and battling to push an entire trolley with groceries. I think I am pregnant NOW.
Other than bladder incontinence (when I sneeze), constipation (still) and really painful legs at night I can't complain about much. He he he he.
Oh, and the HEAT!! Nels, yes, um...I keep spritzing myself with a water spraybottle the whole time!!
Hope everyone else is managing well.
