Ayesha what were the bloods for?

I am suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. I have an aversion to all and any food stuff...even liquids sometimes. So the home remedies don't help. I am currently on Zofran which I believe is the anti nausea meds they give to chemotherapy patients. Costs me R90 per tablet ANd I need 1.5 per day...and they don't help all the time which is doubly sad! Literally money down the drain...Oi.

Daerhel...a happy belated valentines to you too! I spent all weekend in bed being sick. lol.

So wasn't so happy this side. Shame hubby wanted to go out, but puking in public after food that I can't even enjoy, did not sound like my idea of fun!

When are scans coming up?

Mine is 24th...so a whole week away after 6 weeks since my last scan. I haven't connected at all with this pregnancy due to being so sick, so I really need this scan to come so I can see the baba and make some sort of connection.

hope you all had a wonderful valentines day and were spoilt rotten.

i have been reading all the message, i am so lost in this world, finally back at work and hating every minute, think baba agrees, morning sickness hit me with a bang this morning.

had to go for bloods after my gynae app and gt a huge blue mark over my entire arm, people are looking at my hubby weirdly so ive taken to wearing long sleeves till it leaves and i am dying lol

Simone hope you feel better soon, have you tried ginger biscuits? they helped me alot when i had that uncontrolable nausea, hope you feel better soon and enjoy your baba growing.

fianally i am starting to feel a little better regarding the Morning sickness. the past week, only Friday night was really bad.
